Has tenido noches interminables de llanto sรณlo por que deseabas haber tenido 20 kilos menos. Vas a dormir casi todas las noches de esa forma despuรฉs de observar miles de cuerpos perfectos dispersos alrededor de Tumblr.
Ahora quiero que vayas a tu espejo. Mirate a ti misma. Quรญtate la camisa y examina tu estรณmago. Mira todos los puntos que quieras cambiar. Ahora dรญ en voz alta "la comida no vale la pena". Quรญtate los pantalones y mira tus piernas. Exprime toda la grasa en tu pierna y agita toda la grasa en sus pantorrillas. ยฟTe gusta? No. Ahora dรญ en voz alta que "la comida no me controla".
