Can radfems just be honest and admit that they just hate men. Like I know some are really vocal about that but so many of them try to couch it behind woke ideology.

They assume that women who enjoy feminine things like fashion or makeup or being a housewife are only doing it because "muh patriarchy". They assume women who are kinky and submissive only do it bc they feel like they are lesser than a man. They assume women are incapable of prioritizing what they want in life because man.

I’ve been suspended on Twitter today and they won’t tell me why. They’ve locked my account completely and won’t even let me complete the verification process. I’m assuming it was for saying that a counter protest was encouraging people to wear masks (their reason was to avoid doxxing) for the sole purpose of violently attacking “TERFs” aka, the lesbians at the event, as they frequently do. How is that abuse or harassment, a singular tweet with a video of that very scenario happening?

Twitter is plainly homophobic and they are enabling users to abuse their mainstream liberal political power into pushing dissenters into silence. We must not let them continue to silence women and have a monopoly on the conversation in regards to our bodily autonomy. I will not let them force me into silence. If not Twitter, tumblr. If not tumblr, YouTube. If not social media, then in real life. Silence will never be an option. Fight back, women. Don’t let them silence you.

Political lesbianism helped a lot of lesbians realize they were gay. You should feel thankful for it. Yes, a lot of bi women were political lesbians but at least most of them stayed true to being socially lesbian. FebFems considering themselves lesbians doesn’t hurt the lesbian community. Grow up if you think otherwise seriously. These women weren’t malicious they were fighting male supremacy and heteronormativity off the best they could.

I'm not thankful for polilezes and never will be because I would be a lesbian no matter what. Lesbians have been knowing we're homosexual since way before polilezes. Lesbians used to use different ways to describe their sexual attraction because they didn't have a word. Things like "I feel for women how a man does". But they still described homosexuality.

Being gay wasn't unheard of before some idea of radfems liberating the dykes y'all have in your head. Homosexuality was actively suppressed.

Why can't y'all just have a little respect for actual lesbians? Like, why do I have to submit? Why is it immature for me to not be a doormat? Who cares if it wasn't malicious then? New to #radblr

Hello! I used to be engaged in radfem spaces frequently from 2018-2020. I was much more active on Reddit before the purge of women's spaces happened in 2020. Since then, I haven't been active on social media. However, I've decided to come back online to build connections again, as I've missed this community! As a brief intro to me, I'm in my early twenties, I'm a lesbian, and I'm a separatist. You can find my Twitter (just made it, new to Twitter as well) @virtualcabbage. i truly believe that radical feminism won't take off until more radfem women join non-political spaces.

because the hard truth is, most young people aren't going to seek us out. it's shitty, but it's understandable. everyone is burned out from constant political discourse and we're usually just looking for a distraction from the world going to hell.

so we find distractions. beauty vlogs, asmr, gaming channels, books, movies, tv shows, comedy sketches, music-- anything to make us forget that the world is burning.

the problem is, a lot of people in that entertainment sphere parrot misogynistic tra talking points, and young girls who are just watching that content to enjoy themselves are internalizing those views.

if we really want to wake young girls up from toxic libfem bullshit, we can't be afraid to join those spaces.

i want young girls to watch their favorite twitch streamer play animal crossing or dead by daylight and also hear them talk about women's liberation.

i want young girls to rock out to riot grrrl music and sing along to lyrics about how there's no right way to be a woman.

i want to see books with lesbian protagonists acknowledge how awful the political landscape is for lesbians because of the T. i want to see movies about magdalen berns and kiera bell. i want to see tv shows where characters are allowed to be gender non-conforming without denying their womanhood because of it.

we can't change the culture from outside of it. we belong in fandom spaces, in the arts, on the screen. and if we can get there, we can start to walk back the damage done by the tra movement.
