Lmao kill me my meds aren't working right anymore and my cptsd is acting up

Oh also on the delusions front I started getting a real typical one which sucks. Someone at work can definitely read my mind I just don't know who it is. I'm constantly testing people like "if you can read my mind I bet you'll do xyz" which is stupid bc if they COULD read my mind they wouldn't do what I said just bc I thought about it.

I'm on antipsychotics so if this is happening I must be getting worse.......

Oh yeah so my psychosis is coming back LMAO all during work the other day I kept hearing seagulls it was annoying

I feel like someone's watching me I can't shake it

if you’re in you’re early-mid twenties and they fucking suck, i promise they fucking suck for most people because it’s the time when you are really figuring out who you want to be how you fit into the world who you should surround yourself and it’s mostly misfires and painful learning experiences and reckoning with your childhood and learning to heal your deep wounds, it’s a very very painful transformation process and it doesn’t really end as you get older, you keep growing and learning, but you learn more and more the tools you need and you can equip yourself with them in times of hardship and find the spaces where you belong that can hold you

Oh also I'm off the Zoloft now. My current meds are Vraylar and Gabapentin.
