Hi everyone! Here is a new build for Willow Creek. It's supposed to be a rental lot, but so it's easier for everyone to use it as they want, I uploaded it as a normal residential lot on the gallery (you can download the tray files for the rental residential version on Patreon too if you'd like). If you do want to use it as intended, one of the rooms and bathrooms on the third floor is rented to Emma Shibata. I hope you like the build and households!

Bynum Mansion is a quintessential willowcreekian house, and one of the oldest. Since Antoine Bynum bought it many years ago, it has always been the Bynum’s family home. He was a very rich man who ran the city shoe factory and made the town talk by marring a local cabaret singer, Anne Gauthier. Nowadays, it’s home to their great-granddaughter, her husband and their children, grandkids and moody butler. They also rent a room on the third floor to a young aspiring musician.

that's right! i made a save file for you to play in :)
this save file contains all the premade sims you would normally find in a regular save, but with my version instead (that you can see here!). all sims include everything that they're normally missing, all cc free!

only sims are modified, lots are untouched
no new sims
no CC used, but i used all packs
i'll update this when more sims are added
feel free to change anything and everything you'd like :)
how to install
go to your saves folder
-> [Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 / saves]
drop the .save file in there
if you already have a file with the same name DO NOT override it. you need to change the name of the file to a different number otherwise you might lose one of your existing saves
-> (ex. Slot_00000099 to Slot_00000004)
once in game, click Load Game and you'll find "ale's good townies"
enjoy!

Sims 4 - Refuge de l'Aube
Sorry for the absence, I have to admit that given the state of the game at the end of the previous year and the beginning of this year, with updates taking a long time to come, I was not very motivated to continue building. Also, I can't promise that I'm really back, I just felt like continuing with my renovations a little these past few days!
As I recently (well, at least three months ago!) posted two new constructions for Mt Komorebi town center, I decided to continue renovating my old lots in this area. But when I started working on this house, I realized it would be better to start over from scratch (...it was a very old lot that I had barely modified to integrate it into the new world upon the release of Snowy Escape). The decoration is less colorful than in the original, but it's intentional. It fits much better with the tastes of the family who lives here (the Vaillet family, whom you can download here).
By the way, I also renovated another house recently, Murs d'Albâtre, but nothing as drastic as with this construction, that's why I didn't make a new post to talk about it!
Location: Mt. Komorebi (Senbamachi), Izakaya Ippai.

Playtested as usual, without CC, use bb.moveobjects on before placing the lot.
