I may purchase the figure tho, but next year hehe. Well it's more like maybe my sister will be able to purchase it for me and I am able to wait whatever time for Light ;; I hope it's available. Anyway, since I´ve become attached I have been investigating and I've found out that probably, if the Light and L's figures do well then we'll have a MIsa figure!!!! I woud be too excited for that honestly. There's these "wips" that I found on a collector's site. I want to know where do they find that info...

A headcanon I really love is that Light's mom was a delinquent in her youth or at least a little bit of a bad girl.

Like she had to have been the one to name Light, I have an extremely hard time believing Light's Kira Kira name was Soichiro's idea. These types of names used to rly be frowned upon a lot (and still are), up until the 2010s they were mostly refered dokyun (DQN) names, which basically translates to "dumb-ass/delinquent" names. Needless to say, it seems quite bold and daring to name your firstborn son with such a (somewhat controversial) name.

In DN HTR13 it says she loves TV Dramas (which is funny bc she scolds Sayu for watching them too much, so I like to think Sachiko is trying to be a good influence on Sayu even though she loves watching the same schlock in private hahah). And she's clearly chill with keeping Light's relationship with Misa a secret from Soichiro and warms up to her pretty quickly!

Also after Sayu goes catatonic in the later half on the manga I rly love the scene Sachiko and Soichiro have where how Sachiko pulls Soichiro to the side and suggested they basically go into hiding/on the run to protect the family. Both her and Soichiro love their family more than anything but Sachiko actually suggested a more unconventional/out-there method of protecting her loved ones to Soichiro's more standard socially acceptable approach.

Also ex-deliquent!Sachiko would explain why she's so focused on encouraging Light and Sayu to be respectable and stick to their studies, basically "focus on your futures kids, don't do dumb irresponsible stuff that might mess up your future prospects, I would know!"

I think it's cute to imagine her being a bad girl in her youth secretly behind her parents back and mellowing out after meeting Soichiro and falling in love with him. I also like to think she did such a good job burring her secret deliquent past that absolutely nobody in the family knows about it. Hey if Light inherited Soichiro's sense of justice, mby he inherited some stuff from his mom too haha (like his ability to hide stuff from ppl)? XD

But yes that's a silly Sachiko headcanon I have! I think it's very fun! :D
