Grilled Snapper
Pat the fish (Red Snapper) dry after cleaning it. Wrap the baking tray in foil for easy cleanup once done. Make a paste with olive oil, salt, garlic powder and chilly powder. Tilapia Fry
Make a mix, dredge the fish. Spread some flour, pat the fish. Heat the oil, fry it up. For the mix, combine chilly powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder and salt. Rub this all over the fish fillets, let it marinate. Just before frying, coat the fish with all purpose flour and shake off the excess. Pan fry in butter and oil for about 3 minutes a side. Enjoy.
