just had the sudden relisation that this is the last time the stranger things fandom is going to collectivelly speculate about the upcoming season. like after the finale we'll never be able to do this again. no more obsessing over leaks and images. no more theories. no more teasers 😭😭

We need to be more realistic about lesbian sex, too, because sometimes it feels like this huge expectation to maintain a certain level of stamina looms over us, simply because we're more prone to practice what the straights think is foreplay and we consider full on sex.
Some of us have chronic pain. Some of us have past or present injuries. Some of us are on medication that screws with our libido or the amount of time we can last and keep going. Some of us simply don't feel that much of a desire to fuck. Some of us are on the ace spectrum. Some of us are more than content with frotting and kissing and calling it a good intimate moment 20 minutes in. Some of us have vaginismus or other conditions that make sex uncomfortable to some extent.
It's OK to not go on for 1 hour. It's OK to tell your partner to stop. It's OK to ask them to change positions if you have a bad knee or back. It's OK to not last, and to be too sensitive to go on, and to call it a day.
Don't feel pressured to perform. Sex is good when there's enthusiastic consent and enjoyment from both parts, no matter the amount of time it lasts.

everyone loves angsty gay will byers but can we take a moment to acknowledge mike’s internalised homophobia and how it’s so important to understanding his character, byler, and elmike?
- he lived in the midwest in the 70s and 80s (need i say more)
- he has parents who supported the republican candidate, ronald reagan, in the ‘84 presidential election (whose administration denied the AIDS epidemic)
- he comes from a typical american nuclear family
- he has endured homophobic bullying
of course he doesn’t know how to act around will OR el… his subconscious is starting to realise that as important as el is to him, he’s never going to feel about her the way he does about will 😭 he’s confused and dealing with guilt and self hatred, but unlike will, he’s not sure WHY, and that’s a different kind of hurt
and i think reddit st fans hate mike and think of byler as an unrealistic, fangirl type ship because they don’t understand this part of his character

Remember this?
I was wondering today, why do (some) people still think that Aziraphale said this (and many other things he does/says) meaning that he doesn't want to stay at Crowley's place because he's still beholden to Heaven, it will be a sin etc etc.
Just as (some) people say he says I forgive you after Crowley kisses him because the kiss was a sin, a temptation and Aziraphale is offended by Crowley for doing this to him...
I'm genuinely perplexed.
He's not saying, Oh, I don't think I should, Oh that would be wrong, Oh, are you out of your mind demon?
He's saying: 'I don't think my side would like that.'
He spent 6000+ years worrying Crowley will get punished if their friendship/partnership/Arrangement/love was discovered.
His first instinct here is the usual - I couldn't possibly, it would put you at risk.
We've seen how Heaven treats him. We have seen how he lies and deceives them repeatedly; S2 even starts with Aziraphale literally hiding his former boss from Heaven cos he knows he must be in BIG trouble to show up in his shop and he'll be damned (literally) before he gets them to do as they like with someone asking him for help.
So why do (some) people assume he's helping Gabe out of some responsibility TO Heaven?
It's not that Aziraphale not scared. He is.
He knows Gabriel wanted to kill him a few short years before.
He is not an idiot (this is a line I seem to be repeating in most of my posts).
He's not as dramatic about it as Crowley, but of course he's afraid.
He is not missing Heaven in S2.
He's still terrified of them.
And that's why he's going there. That's why he's going to face his fears and save his life and his love or die trying.
