easy
everything used to be so easy
especially life in general
now i need to be perfect
need to be the best
and most of all
need to have the perfect body
my first go around
skipping breakfast was too easy
so i added lunch to the skipping menu
once again... too easy
dinner was then added to the menu
difficult to get around my family
but mentally, too easy
after two years of this easy fast
i “recovered”
but just a year later i fall back into these habits
except, i never stopped skipping breakfast
but i tried to skip lunch again
but it was no longer easy
i was afraid of being judged
skipping dinner was even harder
my body craved for another bite
no matter how much the voice in the back of my head said “no”
my mind and body was telling me no all the time
but my mind just wouldn’t let me
it frustrates me
i want to be skinny
but i guess, i don’t want it enough
it’s round 2
i need to keep pushing
even though it isn’t as easy as round 1
