Looks like I’m pushing her away anyway, aren’t I? My only starlight… the only moon that’s left in the orbit… I am forcing them away, creating black holes all around me. Now, It’s too late… Come back, silver moon the planet cries out, come back and illuminate the night. Come back… you are all I have left… even the sun has died, exploding on me the same way it did to Timber Hearth… burning me and leaving me coated in black… Come back, starlight… come and play with the fireflies… they won’t come out unless you are here… Silver moon, do not die on me now! Please, I love the way the hills and trees look when they are covered in you. I love the way the cool air shakes the roof of my home and the smell of the forest and sleep. And the world has fallen into their dreams, but I lie awake and stare at you… moonlight… starlight… my world is caving in on itself. Moonlight, stay for a little longer… my moon… my night… my life… don’t leave.

I might be selfish, wanting you only for myself. I heard about the other worlds that lie beyond the black holes, and I grew angry. I don’t want the world to have you, my moonlight… I want you all for myself. I want you to illuminate my world and my world alone! Stay, moonlight! I shall not let you run away from me!

Perhaps this is why you run… I’ve anchored you, putting you in a very tough place… I forced you to live in this orbit, where every planet has left and the sun is but a burning ember thousands of miles away. I forced you to stay here, moonlight… where I am the only one alive. Perhaps you hate it here, moonlight. Perhaps, you want to shine for all the other worlds that exist beyond the black hole… My moonlight, you are beautiful… if that’s what you want, I shall let you go. I will shrink and my gravity will no longer hold you in place… Go, moonlight. Go beyond the black hole and shine a thousand times brighter than you ever could here! Go, my moonlight! Go… maybe we’ll meet again… Maybe I will appear to you in a nebula or as a wandering comet.

My moonlight, I love you… please never forget to shine forever.

Broken and charred, disappearing into the abyss, the planet cried out one final time, not knowing if the universe was truly taking the only thing she had left. Moonlight... do you truly wish to leave? Are you casting me into an endless punishment? Do you truly want to be free of my grasp?

And the moon wept. She wept for the planet and for the broken sky. How dare the planet even believe she wanted to leave for a second? I shine my light not simply to be beautiful, said the moon, but for those who are lost at night and need a guide. I shine my light for the planets like you, who are beautiful even when they aren't covered in me. You're too small and afraid to make your own light. Do not worry, small planet... I will be here for you even now that the sky tore itself asunder. I am here for you, and you are here for me, too.

I haven’t felt good recently. I’ve been vomiting almost all day, but as I’m on my drive to get a Flu and Covid test, I stop at a red light and check Tumblr to see this! ✨

It was Valentine’s Day and Calamity wanted to show her appreciation for Tsu but was a little bit confused on how to do so. She remembered telling her how much she liked the nighttime… What if she declined the night’s beauty to praise and rectify Tsu’s?

There was never a moment where Calamity rejected the night, no matter who was with her at that moment. The moon and stars were a beacon of light and hope, a symbol of peace and of a deity more beautiful than anything or anyone she had known. She never dared to compare anything to the night. Certainly, the thought had never crossed her mind. Thus, for her to suddenly be thinking this way was a heavy blow to the head and the heart. She soon came to a realization after pondering the situation for a while longer…

The Stars are her eyes, and the moon is her face, illuminating the darkness with subtle elegance.

🐰 I have concluded that Tsu is the type of character who is super trendy and tries to look hip and cute all the time. She shows a lot of skin in most of the outfits she wears, I’ve noticed, and usually winks or scoffs when I ask her to cover up saying; “If you don’t like it, just look the other way”.
