insanely sad when you think about riz’s biggest fear being the idea that everyone he loves most will leave him for other people. not just in terms being aroace, but also just who riz is as a person.
like this is the kid that tore himself up to find penny. he stayed up all night to figure out a way for his friends to go to college together. he gave up important information to save fabian. he took stress just so kristen could pass.
like yes, work as an act of love, but its more than just work, its complete and total fealty to that person. he will give and give and give and its the scariest thing in the world that the people he has given the most to might leave him.
