So, context. doran and spoony were working out the story with @casejackal and @pedantricks, when case got the idea “KILL CZEX”. And Doran was like “no, we can do XYZ with his character arc-” “yes, and THEN kill him”

Cool list! And yes, you are correct. Tucker is albino and has naturally white hair and red eyes. You might meet their parents very soon, too, as we come of hiatus at the end of March!
Just realized how much my OC has in common with Tucker from Butterfly Blues. Like it’s uncanny. I’ve had this OC since freshman year of high school what is this?!
Examples:
Lots of freckles
Purple hair that was white at birth (Aether is a shapeshifter, but most commonly chooses lavender for their hair color. Also I’m only 97% sure Tucker was born with white hair but I’ve not been given any evidence to the contrary.)
“Weird” eyes (red/pink? With no pupils for Tucker, gold with cat like pupils for Aether)
They/them pronouns
Blue tattoo that denotes an important event in their life
Super amplified empathy
Anxiety/PTSD
Lost their parents at a young age
Association with demons
Idk man, I think it’s kinda spooky and cool.

I’m sick of people telling writers not to use an idea because it’s “overused” or “not original.”
A huge part of writing is making the idea your own.
Do you want to write about vampires?! THEN FOR GOD’S SAKE, WRITE ABOUT VAMPIRES!
Oh, dystopian futures are overused? PUT YOUR OWN SPIN ON IT!
Guys, don’t let people stomp on your ideas. A story is a bunch of puzzle pieces that everyone has access to - but it’s your choice how you put them together. How you put it together and how you present it makes that idea uniquely yours, even if it’s a familiar concept.
Your idea isn’t lame.
Own it.
Make it yours.
