Took me until about halfway through college before I realized “study” means “play with the material in a variety of ways until you understand it” and not just “read the assigned chapters and do the homework” and I think that probably should have been discussed at some point prior to that.

There needs to be a winged Lion take on all main character desires.
Naruto wanting to be Hokage as a kid:” hmmmm a simple but powerful desire”
Naruto after the time skip:” poweful flavor seasoned by loss and pain more complex than I expected”
The Elric brothers: “A deep longing to return to a simpler time, and conviction enough to punch god in the face and sacrifice all your power. Exquisit”
My favourite part about shipping Farcille is considering everyone's view on the relationship, because it is the kind of relationship that's very intense but no specific type of relationship. So everyone might be interpreting their relationship differently. Here's my headcanons (for during the events of the story) for what each character thinks of it:
Falin: Pretty sure Marcille has a crush on her but is in denial about it. Considers dating Marcille an option but won't make the first step (yet).
Marcille: Has a solid crush on Falin, but can't admit it due to her own complexes re: aging - she tries to keep the relationship to the mentor/student and basically siblings thing they had in school because she can't bear the thought that Falin is an adult now and might die of old age within less than a century. If they start dating post-canon, she'll look back at the events of the story like "holy shit that was gay gay huh"
Laios: Has basically adopted Marcille as a second sister, and so considers their relationship that of siblings. If they do start openly dating post-canon, he has to briefly remind himself that they're not actually related and then seamlessly slides into the brother-in-law role (he acts the same as before).
Chilchuck: Thinks Marcille and Falin are already dating but are keeping it on the down-low to avoid workplace relationship drama, which he appreciates
Senshi: Believes they are in love but young and inexperienced, still trying things out
Izutsumi: Not her business, doesn't care one way or another
Toshiro: Considers Marcille Falin's scarily protective mentor and/or mother figure
Kabru: Not enough intel to say clearly, but whatever is going on is intense
Winged Lion: That's one deliciously complex desire right there!

C-Cracks/OSCP-Automation was recognised!

I actually found this because I'm about to do some HTB and I was going to use that as reference material.
It may seem like such a minor thing, but it's actually amazing to see that a company saw value in it enough to post about it (even with the fact that it was extremely basic and the enum script is now an older version before I debugged due to being a complete noob with GitHub at the time.) Fangirl moment. XD
Repos below for the curious, though that GitHub account isn't active anymore (I stupidly registered it with a university email and never bothered to look into getting it back!)
I am actually thinking of re-creating something like this as I start up with HTB again (kinda got the hacking bug...)

also. uBlock origin is better than adblock plus bc: it allows NO ADS (ABP will allow certain ads and let bigger companies thru - its "acceptable ads" program) + is more lightweight and easier on your computer's resources than ABP.

Children’s rights is a hard problem but I think as a first pass at a solution I want, like, a shelter in every city that is warm, quiet, only for kids, and can provide you your own bedroom and three meals a day, no questions asked, they will never force you to leave. The police would drop you off there if you asked, and hospitals would discharge you to there if you asked.
And there’d be social workers there to help and they’d attempt to do all the things our foster care system normally does, but with it understood that of course they can’t make you leave and of course you can come right back.
This would be very expensive but probably not more expensive than schools and I think it’s just as important. And I do not think many kids in an abusive home will report their parents as long as we’re offering anything short of this.
