I've had an eating disorder for 20 years, and when I worked in fast food for awhile it was AWFUL.

I used to keep a notebook (or my phone notes) nearby and whenever I thought about eating something, I would jot down some gross stuff about it (like if it's made with something gross or how much fat it has in it, etc.)

Also, grosspo is something that works SO well for me! Idk if you've tried using it or anything, but its one of my most common methods of deterrent. (If you're on TikTok and weird food things gross you put, look up Russel Cameron.. he does some weirdly realistic, very gross stuff with food and its a go to for me lol)

I've gotten myself a bunch of stuff to help transition with my dianorexia but I have work like every day and I work at a fucking fast food restaurant so it's really hard to avoid food... This sucks :/

But ANYWAYS i set up my closet to be a tiny little room with fairy lights and a little desk. I bought a little binder with papers and dividers and some other stuff, and a pencil case with a bunch of pens, pencils, highlighters, etc.

I'm going to use the binder as a little personal diary (kind of) and track what I eat with it. Hopefully that works.

I was made fun of for my deadname for years. After changing my deadname to my chosen name, I was made fun of for having a "stereotypical trans guy name", a "victorian era child name", a name that's obviouslyyyy only for transmascs/enbies. Y'all. That is my name. That is part of who I am. You are makin fun of ME. And it hurts. I used to tell people, when I was still going by my deadname, to not make fun of it. They ignored that boundary, and it hurt. I genuinely hate having my name be made fun of, because I didn't choose my deadname, and I don't want to hate my chosen name? Please, don't make fun of people's names. No matter what. I don't care if they go by Sock or fuckign Arson. You do not make fun of them. It is their name- it is who they are. Even if they decide to change it in the future, you need to respect them.

my take is that u can respect beings identities and still be uncomfortable interacting with them.. being uncomfortable with someone doesnt have to be a moral declaration, and really it Shouldnt be. one shouldnt let knee jerk discomfort cloud moral judgement, and at the same time, one shouldnt assume someone being uncomfortable with something means they think its a moral wrong.

Holy crap ok. The uh. The. Whats it called. THE ATTIC.

The main area of our headspace is currently a house. It has three floors, ground floor/first floor, second floor, and the attic. The attic (it is finished, not unfinished) is one of those long rooms with slanted ceilings.

It's such a chill room. It's got a big beanbag, a bed, a tv, several bookshelves, a lamp, a big round rug, and some of those mini handheld size arcade games (Mrs. Pacman is one I'm sure of).

It's lit only by the lamp in the corner and the... Wtf are they called................. Fairy lights???? Those hanging lines of lights.

Anyways I once was locked there by our gatekeeper for 3 days.. Wild.

It's got an orange theme to it. It's nice.
