Where do businesses practice their moral ethics?

So here's what I'm frustrated at lately ; As you've heard, my store is closing(everyone should know which one it is by now) Since when in business is it suddenly realized that "Oh crap, I'm going out of business, so I'm going to subtly try to sabotage myself and send all the actual merchandise that we needed and could've actually been sold at that point and present time." This is one of the many issues that I am frustrated at right now. Mostly. My job. I'm not really surprised at it anymore or even bothered by it much because I know I have more open doors for me out there and I know anyone would be happy to take me in for work. Mostly its the emotional turmoil that this makes you go through and the you know that there is an "endless"wave of of difficult work. The other thing is I gotta deal with is "change in environment " when I start working somewhere else. I'll be glad to be leaving behind some of the intolerable and inexcusable behavior that goes on at work. I'm not going to say who or when sometimes I wish I could have perks multiple times for cigarettes breaks, extended lunch breaks, locked in office scenarios,upper levels who shouldn't be key carriers, I don't know how else it is that I can help people, but there is a limit to how I will and can do for any person of that matter. I hold no grudges against those who do me wrong, all I want to do is help anyone who is in need of help. But sometimes it it does feel like people are taking advantage of you or me. Especially in the business world. Don't get me wrong, there are alot of awesome people in this world that I would love to work with and start anew with, but still, change is big. By the way, in the years that I've been working, I have never had and probably will never have a nicer boss then the one I have now, she is so awesome. I don't think I wouldn't be here as long had not been for her assistance. That being, I should be able to find something new, I'll keep you posted, and I think I have an epic video in the making also.

Not many people look at themselves in the mirror and say, "Hey, who am I? " and/or "Why do I behave this way"? Basically we don't look at our own mental stability. That being said, I have a new blog entry and it or I will be looking at my own behavior and try to see how it will effect others and the world around me. I will try to keep you up to date on this also. It's an experimental blog, so bare with me please. The only twist about this is, whether I'm in a bad mood or good mood, I will defenately try to be optimistic about everything /everyone around me.

So, today is December 14,2018. About a week ago my dad passed away. That being said, my mental stability has gone down further then ever before ( naturally its expected) but unfortunately other factors stand in the way of my life. Ok, mentally this is how its working..My father's passing away is a natural cause for my depression, but further issues like work,family,and dealing with my own life is enough within itself. Just because everything is all bombarded together does not mean I'm taking it out on everyone. I try to focus on my own life and my own mentality. My mind is all jumbled up right now and I am so confused with so much. I feel like I want to push forward but it seems like every time push forward something in the stars pushes me back. It's like everything that can happen to you, except it happens to you all at once.

I'm not sure wht content will be on it but I'm sure it will be of interest to maybe a couple of you guys and gals. So, I'm going to start a blog called "Pissed off Politics" or "P.O.P.s" A place where I can express my political outrage and discuss or debate on a wide variety of subjects and diverse issues and topics.

One of the first things you notice in people when you talk to them is their body language, right? That being said,a lot of the times Trump is asked a/an important question whether it is by a white,black,Hispanic,or any diversity,when he thinks he's being attacked he will attack back by body gestures like hand and eye ignorance and avoiding visual contact. He will also heave his upper body and chest to make himself look more muscular giving the illusion of threat. Scary huh?
