Not the prettiest looking commission sheet, but this is very short notice.

I am having sudden vision loss and double vision in my left eye and am unsure how much my insurance is going to cover to not only get it looked at, but anything that may have to be done beyond that.

Because of this, I am attempting OFF Monster Sprite Commissions to hopefully help make up for what may end up being paid out of pocket.
