Emotions
all emotions are chemical reactions. .. I was feeling sad but when i realised that its only a chemical reaction in my body, it made me feel better You know i never get real life realisations but just for that split second that i realised this, i felt i knew the world.. Saying this, i have no evidence or science to back me up this is just how im choosing to see things right now to keep me sane in this world.
