sometimes catch myself thinking "of course this would happen, of course israel would open fire at starving people trying to get aid, of course the airdropped aid would fall in a place it's not supposed to fall, of course more and more children are dying of starvation and malnutrition" and then i have to remind myself to stay angry at everything that is happening because even if all of it follows the despicable and clear path of genocide, it should be resisted every step of the way until we can get it to stop
even though israel is simply following the plans it has already declared to raze gaza to the ground and ethnically cleanse its people, even though we are watching nothing but an accelerated version of the kind of strategy that has been employed against palestinians for 75 years, even though the leaders of the world are complicit while the people of the world continue to protest, even though it has been five months, i refuse to normalize with this. none of this is normal. this is monstrous, depraved and sick. its nothing new but we'll keep saying it, and i won't forget any of it.

This document contains information about the eSims for Gaza iniative, answers to common questions, a constantly updated list of which eSims Connecting Humanity is currently calling for, and screenreader-accessible instructions on how to buy an eSim, find and send its QR code, see data usage, and top up the plan, for every app and every desktop site.
To my knowledge this is the only guide of its kind. Other guides are not screenreader-accessible, only include information about one or two apps, don't include information about topping up, don't include screenshots, or are out of date.

In case the esim process confuses you or you aren't able to buy them yourself for any other reason, crips for esims for Gaza is collecting donations, they've almost met their goal of $150,000 raised. Donating allows them to buy esims in bulk which allows them to obtain more than individuals would be able to. I just donated and it was super easy as you can use paypal.

Right now Israel's bombing Rafah, the last refuge for a million Palestinians, where they were previously ORDERED to evacuate to and are now trapped in while the US news cycle is dominated by Big Football Game And Celebrities In Attendance (at which Israel also aired a million dollar propaganda video). I wish I could say this is unbelievable.

i LOVE your art especially the colors you use!! if you dont mind, do you have any coloring tips?
um. a lot of times it just kind of happens. if im not happy i play a lot with correction layers as well as layer modes. they may wield awesome effects. or poison your eyes. one of the two. experiment with it.
i havent used any in a bitty but theres ssssome color palette blogs scattered thru the winds n they post some cool ones now and then

I just want to reiterate. It's great that y'all are following Palestinians and indigenous people and reblogging from us and boosting our voices. But the goal isn't just to be spoonfed information. Educating yourself means you need to pick up a book from the many many reading lists put together for you by Palestinians and read articles from diverse sources. You need to be doing that. Please tell me you are doing that, too, not just reblogging from us and calling it a day.
We try to fact check and be thorough but we get tired too.

The UNRWA is concerned that if they do not receive more funding they will run out by the end of February please spread this message
in case any of you missed it, despite the ICJ's ruling for Israel to facilitate MORE aid into Gaza, the global west has responded by cutting funding to UNWRA, which is responsible for delivering significant amounts of aid into Gaza, as well as surrounding areas such as Lebanon. The countries cutting funding consist of the US, Australia, the UK, the Netherlands, Swritzerland, Italy, Germany, Finland, Canada and Japan. This was all due to a claim by Israel that members of UNWRA were Hamas-members or sympathisers which, at the end of the day, is a claim that concerns only 12 members in a total of 30,000.
Without proper funding, UNWRA is likely to run out of resources by February of this year (only another month) and urges the countries that have suspended donations to reconsider. This is a blatant move from the colonialist countries of this world to starve Palestinians even further when they are already facing unforeseen levels of famine.
Please take some time out of your day to call your reps, your political leaders and urge them to restart their funding. In the meantime, here is a link to donate to the UNWRA.
