Working on my core today. It鈥檚 kinda of freedom not having to worry about how small my stomach will look like for a while and just build on it. Maybe there is some freedom to this prepping for competition next year. Also it felt good to not analyze my core and be like yea it still looks good even if it鈥檚 not as lean!!! So as I am making my change to slowly start prepping to possibly doing a show. I decided I need to do some more leg exercises because my legs don鈥檛 hold muscles for shit. So yesterday I tried stiff leg deadlifts during back and biceps day. It was a success my hams are on fire 馃敟馃敟馃敟 3x10 95lbs (at Life Time Fitness - Novi)

Cardio day!!! Now this is a story. I usually do cardio on a cycle bike-but I there was a class going on. So I went to a regular bike but that wasn鈥檛 working. So I went to a treadmill...wasn鈥檛 feeling it didn鈥檛 like the way it worked. So I settled on the stairs!!! Which turned out alright and fun. Moral of the story is I鈥檓 a gym snob. (at LA Fitness)

What a difference two years makes!! Two years ago is when I first considered being a trainer. When I first started basic meal prepping and giving up fast food. I moved back to Michigan to be closer to my family. Now I own my own personal training business I am NASM Certified, just got my own place, meal prepping like a boss, and looking and feeling better than I ever have before. #trusttheprocess #throwbackthursday
