I’m having such a hard time losing weight and keeping my life together that it’s killing meee. Not literally but you get the point.
Can’t stop comparing myself. I’m so ugly it’s embarrassing. I just need to crash to 85 lb so badly.
If I want it badly enough I should be able to do it, right? But I lack discipline …

To be sparing with food increases blessings. Do not eat after midday. Do not eat without doing physical labor (no work, no food).
Meditate on six contemplations:
Generosity. Ethical discipline (not even resisting bad thoughts, but not having them to begin with). Patience. Joyful effort (happily doing work). Meditative concentration. Wisdom.

I’m almost back to it!!! At 92.8 right now. My goal is to be under 91 in 5 days.
Here because I just reached a low weight (91.8 lb) then binged and completely ruined my progress. Had 4,000 kcal in two days.
I have never fluctuated like this in my life and I hate hate hate myself for it.
