This could have been something that may have happen to Bem! If he didn't meet the right people at the right time.. if they didn't teach them their values and their way of life, I could easily see him being something like an anti-hero. For the Greater Good

Perhaps you do not believe what you are doing can truly be classified as evil. Perhaps some people will be hurt from the immediate consequences of your actions, but what the masses fail to see is the immense good that will come of your plans. Maybe you act in the name of science, or for your people who have fallen on great tragedy. Maybe you see cracks in a failing system and want to uproot it through chaotic, destructive means to avoid greater tragedy down the line. Maybe you're just in with a bad crowd, but you can't leave them, no matter how unsavory their intentions, because they're your only ticket to your ultimate goals. No matter what, your goals are noble, and you take no joy in wreaking havoc or hurting those in your way, but the evils you partake in are necessary. If you need to play the bad guy to ensure a better future, then you are willing to play that part.

Life is full of rejected decisions and choices that lead one down a different path. What if Nolanel hadn't been able to create his own job stone? What if his studies into Dynamis took a darker path? What if he never found people that could fill him with hope and love?

Okay, DAMN, you don't need to read my character for filth. I will say I think the only thing El would fundamentally disagree on is the initial 'you never wanted to hurt anyone', only because she's conditioned herself to believe violence is an amicable answer, but I also think that in itself is a cover and the result of trauma after trauma that Ishgard inflicts.

When you're told that you're an outsider no matter what — no matter the money, the power, the prestige, the honour! — it's little wonder one might spit in their faces. When you see the hypocrisy and you're told it's not your place to question it... no wonder you turn a little evil.

I think she's allowed. I think she should kill men for fun. I give her permission.

Phew, this was a tough one for Yein, whose entire theme is centered around choosing kindness and love in the face of unspeakable pain and suffering. My partner described this outcome as: "Yein, if the coin kept landing on the wrong side." Now I can't get that out of my head.

One day I'll finish endwalker fate farming and get the cute blue hair ribbon to go with it, but for now it's back to ol' faithful nier hat :3

i'd originally paired this with the titania rapier, but I noticed I had the seat of sacrifice one in the glam dresser that I hadn't used yet, and it ended up going perfectly!
