Idk who needs to hear this but one day above ur cal limit or even a full binge doesn’t make you any less sick and isn’t going to effect ur progress as long as u get back on track the next day.
A couple hundred calories is really not a lot at all, you could even make up for it by lowering your limit by only 100 each day until you’ve made up the difference. Or you could just keep doing what you were doing before the binge and accept the fact that you might be behind on your progress by like a couple ounces if anything.
That being said, I know how overwhelming it can be to feel like you’ve lost control so don’t worry if you’re not at a place to be fully logical. I just thought I’d say this for the more mathematically minded anas like myself.
