new favorite tea ritual: ten steps
step one: pick out hefty mug, preferably shorter and fatter rather than taller and skinnier, with a large handle
step two: place decaf black tea bag into mug
step three: fill up nearly to the top with luke warm water
step four: microwave for 1 minute or longer if i’m patient but i’m never patient for tea
step five: stir for a while
step six: two spoonfuls of natural sweetener
step seven: dollop or two or three of cream (half & half works fine)
step eight: mix all together
step nine: leave in teabag!!!!
step ten: enjoy from whatever place comforts you the most at that moment
