thanks @lucienne-my-beloved for reminding me that i never posted about this—
new fic!
unity and lucienne sharing a moment about rose’s new book. i love both of these characters and much so i wanted to write them together. and i got to use a lyric from one of my faaaavorite songs ever as a title so that’s a bonus bit of joy for me :)
Unity’s eyes light up. Eagerly she flips to the first page, and then her shining gaze dims as her eyes well with tears. “She wrote it about me.” Unity’s fingers tremble on the page. “Lucienne, Rose wrote this book about me.”
Dream of the Endless was not the first person to whom Lucienne showed Rose Walker's book.
