Former Royal Staffer Melinda Speer Speaks Out About Her Traumatic Experience Working with HRH Prince Henrique

Melinda Speer, who used to work as a royal staff member for Prince Henrique recently released a statement on her social media account, alluding to her experience working for the prince. In her statement, she describes the experience as "traumatic" and shares that she fully intends on going more into detail in the book that she announced will be available for purchase soon. To accompany the message, she shared photographs taken a couple of years ago when photographs were being taken inside of the palace as promotion for an interview HRH was doing about his experience growing up as a royal.

The social media account, which appears to have just been created today, has already gained 10k followers, possibly because people are curious to see what else she will post about her experience there.

Melinda shared the following in the post:

Some of you may remember me as working under one of the most popular men in Amalias, HRH Prince Henrique Pierre. I worked under him for nearly three years as his staffer, helping to put out many fires on his behalf. Since leaving the position, I've tried to remain respectful of him as I wanted to honor the monarchy and Her Majesty. However, I can no longer be silent about my traumatic experience for the sake of protecting others. I have to speak my truth and most importantly THE truth so other people don't have to experience this sort of thing in the future. Working for HRH Prince Henrique was the most traumatic and terrible experience of my life. Soon, in my book, being released next month, you are going to find out why. You can still pre-order it if you would like. I look forward to finally letting go of something I've been holding so deeply within me for so long.

While the book has not been released yet, there have been leaks of rough draft copies that have been floating around the internet recently that state heinous things such as Prince Henrique allegedly pouring ice water on her for forgetting that he wanted room temperature water and slamming her against the wall in a drunken stupor. If true, these allegations could really harm not only Henrique's growth but the monarchy as well, depending on how they respond to it.

While it appears that most of the reception has been positive and in favor of Melinda sharing her experience, there were quite a few people criticizing her as being an opportunist because of the timing and tone of her message. Others shared about how it's false that she references holding it in for "so long" when she only recently resigned from her position less than a year ago and only worked for him for about two years.

There may be truth to this, however, because Melinda is the third staffer to leave HRH in four months. We know that the senior royals have more staff members aiding them, but now HRH has one instead of the four that they are typically allotted.

The Royal Family have not responded to this yet, but we expect in the next couple of days they will have something to say about this.

Princess Penelope Photographed On Her Way Out of a Cafe

Princess Penelope was photographed leaving a coffee shop she often frequents recently. She initially looked quite uncomfortable, probably because she was without security, who appeared to be waiting in the car for her. We're not entirely sure why, but it seems like she was intending to make a quick run into the cafe to grab the textbook she's holding from a friend, which may be why she's alone.

There were no photographs of her going in, so someone must've tipped the paparazzi that Penelope was there after she already arrived.

Penelope was wearing a light green crewneck with a striped turtleneck underneath and high-waisted shorts with combat boots. It's definitely a style we haven't seen her wearing before, but like a lot of the outfits she wears, she manages to style it so effortlessly well. Her outfit, accessorized with small gold, hoop earrings and a black, leather belt on her waist, she looked casual yet trendy as tiny hoops have been in style as of late.

Eventually she broke a smile as she neared the car, smiling at photographers because getting into the backseat of the town car taking her to her destination.

Princess Helena is SIMCON's Woman of the Year

HRH Princess Helena recently received a prestigious acknowledgement in one of the most notable magazines in the country as being 'Woman of the Year' - something that reportedly even shocked the princess. The Queen has not even gotten this sort of acknowledgement yet so for HRH Princess Helena to receive it says a lot about not only her accomplishments but of what the general public seems to say about her.

During the interview, conducted inside of her home inside of the palace, discussed everything from her experience being a mother and her passion for helping those around her. She also announced, for the first time publicly, her foundation, which will help children in need. In the interview, it was expressed that she hopes to expand the foundation in the future, but right now her focus is primarily on children.

When asked about her son, who seemed to be a popular guest among those helping HRH get ready, she said, “there’s nothing more rewarding and more special than being a mother. I could lose all of this notoriety and if I still have him at the end, I’m okay with that.”

Many noticed however that HRH did not mention anything about her husband in the interview. There were no comments about how in love she is with him and how thankful she is for him. This would not raise eyebrows if it weren't for the fact that she's openly praised him in similar mediums in the past and if there weren't rumors that there's trouble in their marriage due to his desire for more children.

That aside, HRH stunned in couture gowns and it was lovely getting a peek inside of her home for such a wonderful occasion.

The Firm Announces on HRH Princess Helena's Behalf Her New Foundation, 'The Helenis Foundation'

It is with great joy that we formally announce to you HRH Princess Helena’s new foundation titled The Helenis Foundation. The foundation, inspired by her namesake, desires to help provide assistance to children in need in the areas of education and healthcare. Right now the focus is primarily on children, but maybe expanding in the future.

The foundation will also provide funding for local schools and hospitals as long as they can provide proof in their proposals as to how the money will be used to directly help children. Schools, hospitals and organizations interested in applying can submit an application on the foundation’s official website.

Applications are processed on a rolling basis based on financial need and how much money the foundation can provide. If you are denied, you can reapply again to be reconsidered at a later time.

HRH Princess Helena is thrilled to be able to share this news and is looking forward to making a difference through her foundation for all in need.

Katelyn: Talk. You said you wanted to talk to me, so talk. I don't have all night.

Henrique: *sighs* Listen, I want to assure you that what you see in the media between me and Kirsten...it's nothing. It's all fake. I don't care for her the way that I care for you.

Henrique: I know it sounds silly considering we hadn't been communicating that long, but in the time I've communicated with you, I've truly enjoyed every minute. You are so different than most girls I've been with. You don't care about who I am or what I can offer you.

Katelyn: ...and so because of that I suppose you want me to be the hidden girlfriend while you publicly go on dates with and spend time with someone else?

Henrique: *sighs* Of course that's not what I want. It's more complex than that.

Katelyn: It's really not, Henrique. You want to have girlfriend privileges with me without actually publicly claiming me. You want the best of both worlds - to please your mother and yet pursue something with me. Do you know how embarrassing that is? To be date someone I can't be seen with? To see someone that won't publicly claim me?

Henrique: But it wouldn't be for long, Katelyn. It's just to improve my image and-

Katelyn: And your mother things I am not the one to help do so because I'm a Simerican model with the false reputation of being a gold digger.

Henrique: *sighs* Of course that's not what I want. It's more complex than that.

Katelyn: It's really not, Henrique. You want to have girlfriend privileges with me without actually publicly claiming me. You want the best of both worlds - to please your mother and yet pursue something with me. Do you know how embarrassing that is? To be date someone I can't be seen with? To see someone that won't publicly claim me?

Katelyn: And your mother thinks I am not the one to help do so because I'm a Simerican model with the false reputation of being a gold digger. We go around, sneaking around while you parade Kirsten in public, and then what? Would we ever go public with our relationship or would I be a secret forever with no progression in our relationship?

Henrique: Not forever, but-

Katelyn: But until your mother then asks you to get married to Kirsten because she thinks it's good for the crown? To get married and have children to try to rehabilitate your image?

Henrique: What if there was an end in sight? What if you and I agree to take things slow, privately, to give me some time to eventually figure out how to tell my mother?

Henrique: I can go through the motions publicly, but eventually that cannot last forever. I can assure you that I won't let it get far. That I'd be biding my time until I assert to my mother that I will be seeing you as my girlfriend.

Katelyn: Girlfriend?

Henrique: Yes. I know you don't believe me because I've had a reputation for being quite the heart-breaker, but I do like you a lot and could definitely see us in a relationship. I want that for us.

Katelyn: Us?

Henrique: Yes. As much as you'd let it be, I'd like there to be an us.

Henrique: So what do you say?

Katelyn: I need to think about it.

HRH Prince Henrique and Kirsten Arrive Together at the "We're all Together" Gala & Henrique's Lack of Enthusiasm Causes a Stir

For the first time, the prince was photographed at an important event with someone special on his arm. Kirsten, his rumored girlfriend, was photographed arm-and-arm with the prince as they posed for pictures on the red carpet at the ballroom.

Kirsten was beaming wearing a beautiful purple ombre dress with hints of lilac, lavender and violet adorning her figure. Her accessories were these beautiful bangle bracelets with stars and astrology symbols in it.

Her stylist, who posted an individual picture of her on their Simstagram, stated that the theme she was going for with her attire was a dark, starry night. The stylist said that Kirsten loved the idea of wearing something a bit more whimsical, artistic and yet classy enough to be seen next to the prince who was wearing a traditional suit with a blue sash - a gift from his mother, The Queen. Due to the sheer extravagance of her dress, they decided to keep her hair rather simple.

It appears that we aren't the only ones who adored her look. On social media, many commented how stunning she looked and lucky the prince is to have picked someone so naturally beautiful. In fact, some even commented on how miserable the prince looked in some of the photographs.

"What's wrong with Prince Henrique's face in some of those photographs? He looks SO uncomfortable that it's a bit awkward." One commenter stated under the photograph on the foundation's Simstagram.

Another critiqued how disrespected it looks that he looks so bored in the photographs knowing that he's there for a foundation helping people in need.

HRH Princess Helena Posts About New Wing as New Photographs of the Wing is Revealed

On social media, HRH Princess Helena shared a collection of photographs taken from the DuPonte Hospital's official Simstagram page (with credit) with some commentary about the strides they've taken.

"I could not be more proud of the work that the DuPonte Hospital has done to ensure that children and their families are receiving the care that they need. Between the advocacy work they've done, the fundraising, and the planning, I am honored to have contributed even just a little bit to this campaign to get it done. While some may argue that it was my efforts that contributed to this moment, I humbly disagree as it was truly the efforts of everyone associated with this project and all of you who donated to this cause."

Each room is themed to give a unique flair to each area. The idea was to try to give the rooms a less hospital feel and to make it feel more cozy, especially for the children who would be staying there longer than an overnight stay.

While there are still some rooms yet to be finished, HRH is absolutely pleased with the work they have done and continue to do.

HRH Princess Helena Visits a Local Hospital to Help Tour Its New Wing But Everyone's Talking About Her Attire

One of the many causes that Princess Helena supports and cares about, relates to children in need. As a mother herself, she has expressed that she's always felt a sense of duty to not just protect her little one, but to do what she can to help other little children around her. One of the ways she's done so recently is by helping to promote and raise awareness about the DuPonte Hospital's need for upgraded devices and decor for their hospital wing, devoted primarily to children under 18 and their families.

The wing has not only been in dire need of updates, but the people who work there have often expressed difficulty in doing even the basic duties of their job due to the poor infrastructure and failing machines. While they have gotten a boost due to new grants, they've needed more for a while.

Moved by this, Princess Helena began to use the influence she has to promote the need and through her efforts helped raised over 3 million dollars to go towards updating the areas needed in the hospital to improve their care. Today she got an opportunity to tour the new wing, to see the changes made, and to also see what else still needs to be done.

While there, she also spent some time visiting some of the other areas of the hospital, speaking words of encouragement while learning about the different ailments they struggled with.

Despite the good that she was doing, some people were annoyed with how many accessories she wore to the hospital saying that it was completely tone-deaf.

"OF COURSE she could go to a hospital in an inner-city wearing pearls. It's so tone-deaf. She could've dressed more modestly."

"She's way too formally dressed for this type of outing. READ THE ROOM!"

While HRH has yet to comment on this herself, the firm spoke to one of the news agencies after responding to their call about the incident sharing that the two things are unrelated. They were reported saying the following:

"HRH Princess Helena has always felt passionate about helping children in need. Discussions about what she's wearing should not take away from the importance of funding hospitals and schools that help provide children with the resources they need to survive."

Some of the comments on this post were quite interesting with a couple of people bringing up the fact that her brother, Prince Henrique is never criticized as much as Princess Helena is for her style.

"Name one time Prince Henrique was in a scandal for what he wore on an outing? I'll wait."
