Happiness is just chemistry in our brains. Ergo, Happiness isn’t just a feeling or a ghost who lives somewhere in our imagination.
Sometimes it gets triggered by a memory, others times by a situation and others by an imagination. It gets triggered by the present, the future, and the past.
Though the reason it triggers can’t be specifically known, the feeling can be recognized and replicated.
It can be achieved even with the smallest of things, such as a smile. That simple gesture doesn’t mean anything in that moment, but it triggers that state of mind of when one felt that happiness.
Such as Love, Happiness doesn’t need any reasons.
It’s a decision for us to make.
