Probably an alpha tester. ANet releases a lot of this stuff on their alpha test client months/years before it makes it to the live client.
Someone called “E” is leaking info on Guild Wars 2, and their former info were proved to be true with yesterday’s announcement.

10 years old next Wednesday on GameFAQs
Browsing the Pokemon Alpha Sapphire forums tonight when I decided to take a look at how old my account is. You also get a peek at the ancient boards I used to frequent. If I remember correctly, you needed access to the URLs for the boards in order to access them. I also used to be a member on the LUE boards, with the associated luelinks access, but I lost all that AGES ago. I'm that cool and retro (unless those old boards were filled with super awk/cringey stuff, in which case I don't know what else to say).

uMMMMMM let's see what I can come up with
1. I like to think of myself as funny? At the very least I try to err on the side of lightheartedness.
2. I never half-commit myself to something; I'm always fully invested. I'm also a perfectionist and tend to lead most of the projects I'm involved with.
3. I have a strong imagination and very good writing skills. When I read things I can visualize everything in my mind, which is part of why I make a good Engineer, I think. However, I don't exercise my writing skills much any more.
4. I'm a very quick learner and I, too, am typically naturally good at most of what I run into. This is actually really hard to deal with, especially when you need to find the motivation to be good at something you have no natural talent for (or don't innately understand, in the case of my Uni career).
5. I'm super loyal to my friends/family and would drop everything and run if they ever needed me. I'm also fairly protective, but that probably stems from being the eldest child of 5.
I'm not going to tag anyone in particular (maybe I'll tag some people tomorrow to prod them along?), as all my followers (all 23 of you lovely, unique individuals, you) are more than welcome to join in.
