Trauma culture is having 99% of all my trauma stem from my father, but despite all the horrible shit he did, I wish I still could have helped him somehow overcome his mental problems that led him to do what he did to me (Sorry, this is kind of personal to my own experience ^^" I just had to get it out in a vague way)
