Whiteboard stuff
These first two images are with Recruta (on Twitter),and some folks from Discord. The last two with Poustork's (on instagram) Discord whiteboard event.
Everything on the left is mine and everything to the right is Recruta's.
I only did a few doodles on this one, because I joined late.
Here's the one with Poustork's Discord. I mainly drew the fish characters and a couple of off characters.
I drew the funny lizard guy.

Ocean Rig Vibes
I had an unfinished map idea that involved people living on a shallow ocean. One of my main goals was to show a bit of a Hodge-podge living situation while being refined for proper living.
One of the things I wanted to shoot for was it to feel a bit sketchy during bad weather, for example a bad gust of wind could send you flying straight into the ocean.
I was trying to take advantage of the source engines limitations with the appearance of the map.
Another structure idea.

I've been behind on these for a few days and probably the future of this challenge due to personal reasons. For me its kinda hard finding motivation to draw after work due to being tired and needing rest; but I'm trying my best to keep up to date with these prompts, hopefully have all of them done by the end of the month.

DASHBOARD UNFUCKER V1.0
as 90% of desktop users have probably found out, today @staff released an update that for some insane reason COMPLETELY remodels the dashboard to replicate twitter's. this is of course in the wake of numerous other thoroughly hated changes and a continued refusal to fix any of the site's actual problems, half of which stem directly from site management.
HOWEVER, thanks to the power of jQuery, i was able to throw together a userscript that remodels the dashboard back to its original look almost perfectly.
here is my dashboard right now, with the script active:
and here is the old dashboard in separate tab container that hasn't received the update:
it's hardly perfect; i had trouble making it force reload to the fixed layout when switching between other pages and the dashboard, and it currently only fixes just the dashboard. it's also completely untested on browsers other than firefox, and chances are it looks a bit screwy on ultrawide monitors. but for now at least, it's a good fix.
the unfucker is a tampermonkey userscript. all you have to do to use it is install the tampermonkey extension, hit "create new script", and replace the default code on the page with the script (link here) and save it.

CGI animators should unionize next. normally, their jobs would be too precarious to strike, since studios would replace them without a second thought, but if it's part of this larger general film strike, they might finally have meaningful power to better their working conditions

I'm a little behind in posting this, but in June I finished up a second mural at John MacLure Community School.
I decided to illustrate he salmon life cycle in almost a story book or colouring page theme. The mural is located in a large "nook" in the hallway at the main entrance featuring two spawning sockeye. Trailing behind behind the mural is additional flowing imagery of salmon eggs, fry, and alevin. It was a challenge taking a full photo of the space due to limitations of the hallway space and lighting. You can also see the Thunderbird mural I created last year out the window.

Day Seventeen: Kallana
"Kallana (Malayalam: കല്ലാന) is a suspected species of dwarf elephants allegedly found in South India.[1] Kaani tribals dwelling in the rainforests of the Western Ghats (Kerala, India) claim that there are two distinct varieties of elephants in the Peppara forest range, one the common Indian elephants (Elephas maximus indicus), and the other a dwarf variety which they call kallana."

Day Sixteen: Nahuelito
"Nahuelito is a lake monster reported to live in Nahuel Huapi Lake, Patagonia, Argentina, so it also called Argentina's Champ. Like Nessie, the Loch Ness Monster, the Argentine creature is named after the lake she resides in and has been described as a giant serpent or a huge hump, as well as a plesiosaur"

Day Fifteen: Mothman
"Mothman is described as a bipedal, winged humanoid. Despite his name which was given to him by newspapers, he is in no way moth-like, and has an appearance more like that of a large humanoid owl. His coloration varies from black, gray, to even brown, although it is usually the darker shades. He is often reported to be about 7 feet tall, with a wingspan of about 10 to 15 feet or more, plus the ability to fly at over 100 mph. Sometimes he's described as not having a head with the two huge red eyes set in the chest. These eyes are reported to be glowing, or at least reflective."

Day Fourteen: Rochester Rat Dog
"It is described as a large, hairless rodent-like creature, covered in wrinkles"
