Yes Goblin is amazing, I was surprised when you made a post about it. I was also surprised that you seemed to really enjoy the Goblin's and Ji Eun Tak's relationship since I've seen so many people say it's either boring compared to the Grim Reaper and Sunny's, or that it's weird since they have such an age gap and she was a high schooler. Personally I thought it was so cute and I enjoyed both relationships. I especially loved the dynamic between Goblin and Grim Reaper, they were just hilarious.
I find this extremely interesting because me and my friends didn’t care for Sunny and Reaper’s dynamic because we didn’t think there was enough substance to their relationship to warrant their angst. Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In-na were wonderful and they did have chemistry but their story was nonexistent, we didn’t see them actually be in love in their past lives or really see what it was that they loved about each other in the one we watched other than that they were connected to each other by their past lives in which we hardly saw any interaction between them. It was really hard for me to feel sorry for either of them when I didn’t get a sense of the resentment and betrayal, we’re just told repeatedly that they were in love.
On the other hand, we see the progression between Kim Shin and Ji Eun Tak and they have an actual dynamic, we see how she’s giddy and how he’s deadpan but slowly becomes giddy because of her, we see them change each other’s lives for the better while also being tormented by the fate of their relationship and Gong Yoo and Kim Go-eun have extraordinarily intense chemistry that made me fall in love with their love story. I didn’t mind the age gap because he’s an immortal soul and I think the rules somewhat change when immortality comes into play, not to mention that things don’t get super serious, like that pretty sexy makeout scene or their marriage until she’s 29 when she’s an adult. There is so much emotion between the two characters, so much heart and chemistry and intensity that I literally haven’t been able to watch anything else or not be emotional until today. I told my friend who suggested it to me that she ruined my life LOL and she was like I TOLD YOU IT GETS INTENSE.

One day after 100 years
On a good day
When we’re all gone
This will be just one of the many memories rememberd by mother earth.
