Mid quarantine a student in college living in wisconsin spotted the bring in the hallways of their dorm. The social distancing has truly affected it. It needs to venture to lands it wouldnt. Human civilization

2020 Mar 20th

A woman in Michigan. Living alone. Hears something in her backyard. That night she went out to get some air and discovered large claw marks in the mud leading right to her. She had noticed them only after turning around after smoking over he gardens fence to look at her plants. She heard no noise. That night she went inside with her door locked but as she passed the bathroom she claimed she saw something following her in the mirror. I haven't gotten a message back from her since that correspondences. I fear that with the quarantine it allowed the being to hunt those alone easier. A sad fact but I believe she is inside the monster. And we wont know until she either 1 reaches me again to continue the abrupt end of our conversation or 2 family finds whats left of her if there is anything left after she seemingly disappear mid pandemic.

2020 25th Mar

A sadder case in California. Laura allowed her young son to play in their backyard. A secluded place where no one would be around. Infected or not. However. After leaving the 6 year old alone for 5 seconds to grab his cup of juice on the patio table she saw the hand of the beast in the sliding glass door. In meer seconds the hand of the beast was wrapped around her son's mouth and had yanked him into the woods. She didnt even have time to scream before he was gone. A police sweep revealed no sign of the boy and a missing child's case was open. It may never be solved

Alan Smith

A wild like preserver working for Randolph was asked to work a late shift. He supposedly hunters were coming in and mutilating animals in the area for sport. He was asked to monitor the camera footage. When he was at the end of his late shift at 4am he saw his camera feed begin to break as something ran past. Whatever it was it was too big to be an average animal in the forest. He rusher out with a flashlight to see who or what was out there. Whatever it was he could hear it around him but he could not see it. No matter how fast he was the thing refused to let him see it. After 10 minutes of dancing around with it. He ended up having to go back to his shack to retrieve a weapon. As he didnt feel safe. Upon reaching it he saw two glowing orange eyes outside of the window staring at him. He locked his door and sunk down to stay hidden till his coworker would be in.

His coworker got there 2 hours later because they were late and they found Alan huddled under his desk. Going on about something in the woods. When him and his coworker went back to see if they could spot it. They came upon multiple trees with carvings in them. All around the area Alan had been walking. All crude sketches of him from behind.

Could another animal have done this? Possibly but unlikely

Could the hidebehind truly be behind this? Again. Possibly

2018

Jane Doe case

Jane's sister got in contact with me after hearing of me through the vine. The story of her sister is one to heed. Heed why you shouldnt go looking for the monster unless youre crazy

"Jane and her boyfriend went out one night. Her boyfriend was an amateur..whatever you call it (cryptodocumenter. He wanted to make documentaries about these things) and he convinced her to be a camerawoman for him. She majored in video production so she was his best choice. They went out to Randolph and started filming. Weird things started immediacy. Apparently his camera glitched out the whole time. His battery died in minutes flat. They were gonna pack up and as Jane was putting the camera in her back she heard him scream. She said looking up the only thing she saw was his legs getting dragged into the darkness that her flashlight didnt reach. Apparently she saw bright orange eyes catch the reflection before she heard a blood chilling scream. Something not human. Something not animal. And it wasn't a howl or anything like that. It was a scream. Like a warning. She ran. Got to the car. And called the cops. Bout a week later they found only his clothes torn to shreds and bloodied. They ruled it as a rouge bear that wandered to the forest and got startled by him. Since well... Jane really doesn't talk much anymore... Shes still doing ok. Moved on with her career and is seeing a new guy...but shes told me, through notes mind you, that she feels if she talks. The thing will somehow find her. Like it heard her voice and immediately picked up on everything about her....i worry about her but hopefully soon she'll get better with the help of her doctor."

I attempted to get into contact with Jane. However every message I sent would be met with blocks or no replies at all. This thing os hostile and it doesn't want to be found

In 2017 I got in contact with a man who was on a casual camping trip. He told me his story

"When I was out there things seemed normal to me. Up till night. When I was in Randolph park at night it always felt ominous but that night I knew something was watching me. At 12AM I went out of my tent to piss and outta the corner I saw it. Those eyes. They shined in the moonlight a dull orange. When I turned to face it I heard leaves rustle with movement but didn't see it. Spooked I went to my tent and grabbed my lumber axe. After getting back out I heard rustling behind a tree. So I approached it. When I got there there was nothing. Then. Something grabbed my shirt from behind and pulled me. I swung around with my axe only for it to get lodged in a tree. That was enough for me to quickly grab my essentials and get the fuck outta doge.

Living next to the forest I swear to god, when I got my back turned to a window I feel like something is watching me. Hell right now I feel it. Its like a sinking feeling in my gut something is behind me. But you're right there so you'd know if you saw somethin"

I saw nothing behind him. But as I left I felt like I was being watched. Haven't been in contact since

The hide behind

The Hidebehind is a nocturnal fearsome critter from American folklore that preys upon humans that wander the woods, and was blamed for the disappearances of early loggers when they failed to return to camp. As its name suggests, the Hidebehind is noted for its ability to conceal itself. When an observer attempts to look directly at it, the creature hides behind an object or the observer and therefore cannot be directly seen.The Hidebehind uses this ability to stalk human prey without being observed and to attack without warning. Their victims, including lumberjacks and others who frequent the forests, are then dragged back to the creature's lair to be devoured.
