I've been playing a really shitty game for the last couple of weeks called "am I developing an eating disorder, is the depression getting worse, or am I simply eating too little because I'm too tired to cook?"
Interestingly this pattern happened almost exactly a year ago, hopefully I've learned enough since not to get put in the psych ward again.

"You can't be racist against white people because they aren't oppressed" is such a straightforwardly moronic position that my first instinct would be to think it's a psy op or something, unfortunately I have seen people here who are organically much stupider.
Which word should we use to denote "person who discriminates based on skin colour (non oppressed colours)" then? Just bigot? Well intentioned extremist?

I've been recently told quite explicitly by some of my friends that I'm getting really good grades in social interactions, they worded it in a much more neurotypical way, but still.
Others haven't expressed this so explicitly but I did make them laugh and smile, so that's pretty neat.
I think this is the one thing about me that would genuinely surprise my 14 year old self, he seemed certain I was born missing something that made it impossible for me to develop social skills. I still think I have a much harder time in social interactions than most people, but it now seems like I'm able to learn to socialize to an acceptable degree.

I take a bit of a morbid pleasure in having the logistics of my suicide throughly planned. Like, I'm in a good enough mental state right now that I can be about 93% confident I won't carry out my plans in the next two years, but I feel kind of safe knowing I've got my escape route all mapped out.
I guess it's nice knowing that I'm only sticking around because I want to, I have my finger on the trigger (metaphorically) and I'm choosing not to pull it.
This is probably nowhere near optimal happiness, but it's a vast improvement over my state a couple of years ago.
