what mutual am i (made by me cause I thought it would be fun) ASK GAME

[high-five] oh oh oh okay related to Black feminist thought (and gender fuckery), i recently read Marquis Bey's Cistem Failure: it's a slim little collection of essays thinking through blackness and trans*-ness as outside dominant modes of Being, and it put into words so many feelings i've been having about not identifying with my assigned gender.
mm we're doing this by album. unreal unearth: "who we are" and "abstract (psychopomp)" both make me cry every time. i am enchanted by "de selby (part 1)" and it haunts me some mornings. wasteland, baby: "no plan," for sure, and probably "talk" (peak sexy hozier). titular album: obviously "take me to church" is up there. "foreigner's god" is underappreciated, full stop. ugh. he IS someone i want to see live.

A bread is one of the most vulnerable animals on earth of all time. It can die in a number of different ways, which include being smashed, being old, being rottened, being crumpled up, getting too hot, having water put on it, and having water not on it but being in the air a lot (the water (mist)). The bread’s favorite way to die is being eaten, but the world is a complicated place, and it does not care for what the bread wants, and so it dies in a variety of ways which are not the preference of the bread.
Humans are considered the bread’s natural predator, and also, are the bread’s mommy (make/give birth to the bread). Humans are a large species of ant or plant or ele phant with two grasping appendages which they use to give birth to the bread. They also have one hole which eats the bread, and some other holes, which the bread is not allowed near, generally.
Some bread can go in the fridge. Some bread has fruit in it. Scientists don’t know why, as putting fruit in the bread is considered yucky, and scientists have difficulty imagining an organism that likes yucky things.
There is the anteater, which is an organism that likes yucky things, but scientists do not need to imagine it, because it is real.

I fully understand that the preponderance of evidence is that George Lucas put absolutely zero thought into what Naboo’s culture was actually supposed to look like outside of what we see on screen, but as far as unintentionally effective worldbuilding goes, establishing that Naboo a. has a tradition of electing literal children as figurehead rulers of its planetary government, and b. apparently also has a tradition of assassinating these children with sufficient frequency that dressing up a bunch of other children as decoy targets has become standard operating procedure by the time of Padmé Amidala’s reign suggests that maybe the fact that this random backwater is a breeding ground for Sith Lords isn’t as unlikely as it initially appears.

forever thinking about how marcille and laios have such a richly weird and funny friendship dynamic that people I see tend to write off as "god she hates his ass" but in reality it's the frustration of one neurodivergent weirdgirl to another neurodivergent weirdboy who has no concept of masking, has never had to mask, and simply doesn't know how to mask making their entire group come across as "the weirdo freaks" despite her best efforts to not be labelled as "weird" probably her entire life
