 You know when you want to expand/enlarge whatever you're viewing on your phone's screen and you do that very specific finger movement? That thumb and middle finger universal symbol/movement of "Enlarge."  Well, every time I use that movement my brain is simultaneously connected to a frozen moment in time. Now, because I'm writing this down and my brain is full of song lyrics and movie quotes, I have "Wrote a song about it. Wanna hear it? Here it goes!" Years ago, my Bestie and I were at the Utah State Fair, and with us was her friend/date. I don't remember this man's name. He was pleasant enough. What matters the most is that he had the map to the fairgrounds in his back pocket. After we had seen enough of the prize winning pumpkins and zucchinis, Mr. Date presented the paper map and became the navigator of our adventure. When Mr. Mariner couldn't find where and what he expected to find, he did the "Expand" move on the map. Then he did it again. It took about four tries for Not Magellan to realize what he was doing.  I remember this in a flash every time I make that movement with my hand on my phone. Mostly because It's hilarious and I love it so much. I love how one silly event with people you could most likely never see again will stick. With you or them. Possibly become a core memory. Think how many stupid quirky sweet kind dorky things you did in High School, and since then, that are now permanently part of someone's daily joy. Chances are you have no idea whom many of them are.  Alllllll those possible encounters and moments. My Mom and I still have yet to watch The Oscars. She's scheduled to come over tomorrow. There's just been too many happenings at the house to allow us to hangout. We both already filled out our Oscar Brackets 😉 so the one spoiler that I didn't manage to avoid doesn't matter. We'll fill out our March Madness Brackets while we're together too. We pick our teams like girls 😆 (8 and 9 seeds are the worst though) and it's usually Mom or me that wins out of the four of us. Drives my Dad and Brudda nuts. When you do some editing of your closet and two of the items were difficult to let go. One was a gift, but shrank in the wash and I grew. The other is decades old and I've been holding onto it because, well, it's pretty and holds lovely memories (even if I never wore it.) Then comes Mom to the rescue. Today was the first day in over two weeks that my #InterstitialCystitis didn't have me either running to the potty sixty times during the day and night or rocking back and forth like I just escaped from an asylum. It's kinda nice. 😉 So I did some low key tidying projects, such as taking everything out of my desk drawer to be sorted and (some) put back, and then folding all my plastic bags into nice tidy triangles instead of just stuffing them into another bag that takes up a lot more space. The little folded bags are also great to put in your glove compartment, trunk, and purse. I also made a new recipe - a Taco Pasta Salad. I saw the recipe on FB and modified it to fit my dietary needs. Major #WhatAboutBobbing happening with this meal. Gonna make this again. The last pic is my new (but used) book. A FB friend suggested that I would enjoy this quite a while back and I legit had it in my Amazon cart for over year. Just lurking. The hard back of this book cost over $200 soooo, that didn't happen! Mom and I at her doctor's appointment today. There was paperwork to fill out and the healthcare worker asked if there was "any smoking" and I blurted "She's smoking hot." Everyone in the room started laughing so loudly I'm sure patients had to wonder what the hell. I even snorted. The clinician had to take some time to compose himself, and then finally said "Great answer. I'm saving that to use on my wife." It's never boring when we're together. I don't always dream with a narrator and when I do it is usually an eventful experience.

Last night/early this morning I woke from my dream narration in the middle of the line "she's naughty. Like all the flying f$&ks getting f$&ked."

And I whaaaaa? And I laughed!

Then I did my best to return to that weird wonderful space to find out what it all meant. Maybe I did. Maybe this was the only treasure the narrator allowed to drip through.
