so this morning i got a new drink from starbucks to try to cut back the cals from the drink so instead i got a
cold brew with a splash of milk and 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla: 60 cals
and for lunch i just had my vitamins i take mostly everyday and they add up to 45 cals
and then i've been chewing gum all day but it's 5 cals + 1 diet coke: 0 cals
so in total today: 110 cals
edit: i was super hungry and couldn't sleep
so i made a salad= the ice burg lettuce was 19 cals, soy sauce and lemon wedge (dressing) was 12 calories
and then while i was in the kitchen i lowkey started binging and i had 5 baby carrots=18 cals, 4 small broccoli florets=4 cals, 1 mini bell pepper=8 cals, 3 saltine crackers=42 cal, and 2 table spoons of light ranch veggie dip=45 cals and half a hard boiled egg 47 cals
so new total for the day is 304 cals.
i'm really disappointed i couldn't stay disciplined enough but it's whatever hopefully tmr will be better.

today April 2nd 2024 i ate:
10 baby carrots:35 cals
4 ounce filet:167 cals
1 cup of pineapple: 82 cals
pickle spear: 2 cals
and then i legit pigged out and got sushi for dinner and that totaled to
510 calories and i had a drink from Starbucks which was 288 calories
so in total today: 1157 calories
does anyone have any Starbucks orders that are lower in calories thats still coffee ?
edit: sike legit just went to the kitchen @12:30am and got 2 saltine crackers: 25 cals and half a cup of watermelon: 23 cals ): so there's that
