ok i watched the logan video again i think we're focusing on the wrong thing. before logan can say anything, before gaetan even asks if he's ok, hes telling logan that its NOT HIS FAULT. in a crash his race engineer's first instinct is to reassure him that he did nothing wrong. thats actually SO IMPORTANT

I know we all think that Logan’s alone and has no friends in the paddock because it comes across that way but I think it’s nice to see he’s getting some attention and people like talking to him.
yeah it was so nice to see that the other drivers are interacting with him now. i think things are slowly changing for him.

Logan’s panicked voice when he crashed then asking Gaetan if he did something wrong is going to stay with me for a long time. i feel so bad for him, he doesn’t deserve this. he was stuttering. he was more concerned if he made a mistake than if he was physically alright.

This might not make sense to anyone but this photo makes me want to write a Victorian AU. (Some people had a childhood obsessed with boats, trains, sea animals, the Triangle Shirtwaist Fire, etc. I had the Victorian era.)
Hear me out. This would make a fantastic romantic comedy.
Logan in frilly, lace Victorian era clothes with lace gloves and parasols. Suitors vying for his hand with letters and gifts. Alex is very much “I love Love” and George being “no one is good enough for Logan.”
Lewis is amused “he’s a spitting image of his grandfather (Nico) it’s no wonder he’s popular.” George screaming and throwing the request letters into the fireplace.
Alex is chaperoning Logan and Oscar on their first walk of their courtship. It should be a time for the young couple to get to know each other but it’s really a three-way conversation about why George is there as well.
Oscar: Uhm I might be new to this but I didn’t know both parents would act as chaperones.
Logan: Ignore him. He insisted on coming
Oscar: Does he not trust me? Have I offended him in any way?
Alex: He doesn’t trust any suitor. It’s a miracle we made it to the courting stage. They usually don’t make it past the request letter.
George: They are ill-mannered idiots who do not need to be given the time of day!
Alex: So Oscar, you mentioned horses? Logan loves animals.
I want to write this but I need to finish other stuff before I do.

I flew from California to Miami to see Logan at his home race,. That sprint on Saturday was amazing but watching kmag take him out and dnfing at home was rough 😭😭 also the fact that Alex had that Lock up and spun at turn 11 where I was sitting was kinda fascinating to watch but as an Alex fan, that was sad 🥹
I’m planing on going to another gp this year so i really really hope that williams wouldn’t be so cruel that they replaced Logan mid season.
Logan looked really good during the drivers parade talking to his besties Alex and Oscar, all the drivers looked so good tbh. Charles Leclerc somehow looks even better irl and I don’t know how thats even possible considering he already looks like a greek god.
Watching Lando Norris first win was exhilarating!!!! The crowds were going wild every time he drives by, amzing, gorgeous, wonderful. I’m never going to shut up about seeing Lando’s first win in person. Even got a little wave from him!!!! 🧡
