Man of his word. It only took a couple of lifetimes.
I was in love with my son's best friend. I didn't know what to do. Then you asked for that toothpaste. I was damned if I wasn't gonna find something.
VIOLENT SUPPRESSION OF AMERICAN PROTESTS INTENSIFIES
📹 The heavily militarized American police continue to violently suppress student protests against the Israeli occupation's ongoing genocide in Gaza.
Police have assaulted and arrested over 900 demonstrators since April 18th, in service of the Israeli occupation and US defense contractors profiting off the genocide of Palestinians.
HAPPENING NOW: over the past hour, state and local police have moved in on indiana university's gaza solidarity encampment and started violently arresting our comrades, after university president pamela whitten reported she believed the protesters had "rocks and mace." i will repeat, that wretched old hag believed students had rocks and mace... SO SHE SENT IN STATE FUCKING POLICE!!! even if the claim wasn't false (which it is) sending in state police over the possibility of rocks is insane. the symbolism of this moment should not be lost on anyone, palestinians have notoriously engaged in the practice of throwing stones at iof soldiers since the first intifada. and now a university president is attempting to demonize pro palestine students, and justify state violence against them by saying they have rocks. its striking. EARLIER TODAY: our comrades in tokyo are protesting outside of google's japanese headquarters, chanting "no tech for genocide! free free palestine!" they are there protesting project nimbus, a project contracted with google and amazon for the israeli government. there has been a huge lack of transparency as to what exactly project nimbus is being used for, its been said to provide cloud computing infrastructure, ai, and "other technology services". employees and allies are not confident that this isnt being used to advance the genocide in palestine, this mixed with the general lack of transparency is what has caused protests since project nimbus's inception a few years ago and more recently the firing of 50 google employees for their protests here in the states.
