Looking to do a fun, rapid fire text rp (meaning in the form of people texting back and forth, not paragraphs). Although I’m requesting a “text” form of rp, i also request that there be detail and enough for me to reply to. No one word responses (unless the rp calls for it) and preferably mxm!
The idea I have for this rp is extremely vague and I’d like for it to just build as time goes on.
I’d like for this to be centered around exes. Maybes exes who are on good/bad terms, they talk/haven’t spoken in years, etc! Maybe one ex is married or another is single ! The possibilities are endless and I’d love to brainstorm this with someone! I do prefer mxm pairings but I’m willing to do another gender if the plot is appealing !
Plz be preferably 21+ when interacting with the post or dms :)

ok but a plot where exes live together… they can’t afford to live somewhere else for the time being so they figure staying in the same apartment they’ve spend in as couple for months/years is the only temporary solution for now… give me the constant confrontation of watching each other date other people, realizations that what muse a never did with muse b, they do better with their new fling/partner and what muse b could never give muse a, muse a now receives from new partner etc etc. the jealousy, lingering bitterness, out of spite still flirting with each other, hooking up on the nights they drink a little too much or maybe indifference and realizing they consider each other as platonic soulmates, because romance doesn’t work for them???

The idea I have is very vague but I am looking to write a heartbreaking (think the book ‘a little life’) , ocxoc love story (. you are more than welcome to use your existing oc’s! ). I prefer not to do fc’s and just do descriptions, but I can do fc’s if my writing partner likes to. I’m thinking a divorce AU where our characters are possibly in their thirties (this is very negotiable, just an idea!) . I prefer older oc’s simply for plot, I figured it would give more substance to their story. They could be divorcing for a number of reasons that I am more than comfortable exploring (can discuss in dms how dark) etc etc. Literally anything !! We can start at when they divorce, before, after, the possibilities are endless!
I would love to discuss and brainstorm over their history, why they are getting divorced, creating headcanons and so much more. I am very into plotting and collaborating with my writing partners and would love to write with someone who feels the same way.
In terms of my own writing style, I can write over 1000 words at a time if I am really invested in the story and if my writing partner gives me enough to respond to! I am not a stickler for quantity, but I am a stickler for quality.

ok give me a plot based on happiness by hobo johnson where muse a is an author/poet who is super type a personality and swears that they’re going to make it. bonus points if they’re a ray of sunshine character but also bonus points if they’re the complete opposite and they’re just super grumpy and goal oriented. meanwhile muse b is an underachiever with a run of the mill job with bad habits they can’t break. ok even more bonus points if they work for muse a as like an intern or something and hate their life. but muse a and muse b start to spend a lot of time together and eventually fall so toxically in love with one another. muse b doubts muse a’s dreams and puts them down all the time because they’re so threatened by the big dreams that may separate them one day. so eventually they break up and muse b comes to the realization that muse a will absolutely flourish without them. THE MOST fucking bonus points if muse a goes on to be successful and publishes a book ab their love story and drops them off a signed copy or something idk give me the angst of unrequited love crafted by self sabotage

ok but a classic plot where muse a is the bad influence on muse b, and their families and other outside forces try to keep them apart but they’re resilient and will do anything to be together. so cue them deciding to run away, they pack all their shit and just get the fuck out of their small town and cross borders into other unknown towns and places. they spend their days in cheap run down motels, eating at hole in the wall diners, swimming in beaches and making love beneath the stars, etc. basically just living carefree the way they’ve always wanted to with absolutely no expectations hanging over their heads ahhhh
