FanCon Postponed
Hello all,
This is Skipper, the Admin of the Tales of Arcadia FanCon.
Clearly, the FanCon did not happen before the release of Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans as planned, and I apologize to our many Creators and Guests involved. I have been working on this FanCon for almost a year now largely alone, and I intend to see it through.
Regrettably, I have been dealing with some major complications of chronic illness for most of this year, and have been unable to participate in many activities as a result. I am now on the mend and should be almost back to normal by this fall.
Therefore, further medical crises notwithstanding, the Tales of Arcadia Fan Convention will happen this fall or winter.
I apologize once again for the delay and lack of communication on my part. As soon as I am physically able, I will resume work on the setup for the FanCon and communicate with Creators and Special Guests regarding next steps.

A Letter from the Admin
Hello everyone,
Thank you all for your patience as we rapidly approach the release of Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans. I am aware that the FanCon is a bit behind the times, but rest assured we are still working to organize a successful online convention.
On a more personal note, I would like to apologize for my extended absence. I have unfortunately been dealing with some personal issues offline.
As soon as I possibly can, I will work to update the FanCon website, email applicants to our final round of Featured Creators, and work with our special guests to set an exact date and time frame for the Tales of Arcadia FanCon. Updates will be posted to our official social media accounts as soon as they are available.

Feature Creators Final Round Closed
The final round for Featured Creator applications are now closed. Thank you to all the talented artists and writers that applied - we truly appreciate your talent and interest in the con! Emails will be sent out shortly, so be sure to keep an eye on the blog for an update on that.
On that note, we’d like to apologize for the short delay. The staff is still very dedicated to this con and making sure it runs smoothly. Thank you all for your continued support, and we’re excited to see you this summer! More exciting updates are to come within the next couple months.

Artist and Author Applications: Round 3 Open (FINAL)
Our final round of applications for the Featured Creator program is now open. Unless we receive news regarding the release of Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans that necessitates adjustment, this round will end on Friday, April 30 at 11:59 PM EST.
This will be our final round of Featured Creator applications. If selected, Featured Artists and Authors will have their own “booth” at the online convention to display their works and advertise their commission information if desired. Please visit our site on desktop to access our info and FAQ posts.

Our Merchant application, which is still open, will also close on April 30.
The Merchant program is intended to provide a space for those who produce fan merchandise (keychains, bookmarks, etc.) to advertise their wares at the Convention. Tales of Arcadia FanCon will not ask Merchants to produce new products or pay any type of fee to advertise their merchandise.

Staff are pleased to announce that we will be opening our final round of applications for Artists and Authors, Round 3, on Saturday March 13th!
Round 3 will be our longest round yet, closing on Friday, April 30. After this round, we will no longer accept applications for Artists and Authors.
Reminder that the application to sell fan merchandise at the Tales of Arcadia FanCon is still open. The Merchant application will close Friday, April 30 as well.

Reminder that the current application period ends on Sunday, January 31st!
If you are an artist or a writer interested in being featured at the online Tales of Arcadia FanCon, apply now!
Creators who are accepted will have their own “booth” at the online convention to display their works and will not be asked to produce new content specifically for the FanCon.
If you produce fan merchandise, you can also apply to have your wares listed at the FanCon in our Merchandise Stalls.
Don’t hesitate to apply! Every day brings us closer to Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans, and subsequently closer to the FanCon as well.

One Week Left for Round 2!
Reminder that there is only one week left for Artists and Authors to apply to be featured at the online Tales of Arcadia FanCon!
If accepted, Artists and Authors will not be asked to create new content for the FanCon - it is simply a program to highlight some of the amazing creators in the Tales of Arcadia community. Featured Creators will have their own “booth” or channel to display their work and interact with other fans.
After this round of applications, Round 3 will not open until Feb. 14. Apply sooner rather than later to ensure your application is received!
