Forgive me if I request wrong 😅
Can I please get a blue bracelet with a ribbon (featuring Sunoo)
And the idea I had in mind was a reader who knows very little about K-Pop (limited knowledge from their friends), and they listen to maybe four songs but don't know the bands that much. Anyway, but the reader who doesn't know K-Pop somehow meets Sunoo and has no idea who he is and they manage to know each other more and maybe either progress into a friendship or a romance?
I thought they looked like someone I know
Order: for sunoo: blue bracelet with ribbon(💗)
Design: idol!sunoo x non-idol!reader, gn reader, (ending hints at a reincarnation(?) Depends on how you want to interpret it)
Summary: you meet sunoo in a cafe when he suddenly sits at your table since it was crowded and you both hit it off, not knowing you were talking to a kpop Idol, you both exchange numbers and become friends or more?
Can people calm down?
You think as you watch people push to get their drink. It was a Monday, understandably people needed their drink to get through the day as for most people, mondays were the most exhausting day of the week.
You were deep in your thought, unaware that someone with a cap and black mask was suddenly standing across from you.
"Excuse me, I hope you don't mind but can I sit here?" The stranger asked you, seeing that all the seats were full and you had an empty seat, you allowed him to sit across from you since his hands were full.
"Gosh, people are so pushy, I almost dropped my latte, can you believe that?!" The stranger suddenly bursting with annoyance said to you
. "Yeah..it is a Monday, people are bound to push, and this is a popular place" you replied to the stranger. "That's true but they dont need to push, they're going to get their drink if they dont rush" the stranger huffed.
"Oh! I haven't said you my name yet! I'm kim sunoo!" He took off his cap and he run his hand through his hair, "I'm ___, nice to meet you!" You smile at sunoo. Mean while sunoo was shocked as you weren't fangirling towards him or asking for a picture, "are you alright? You look like you've seen a ghost." After asking him a question, sunoo immediately shook his head. "Ah...no it's nothing, there was someone behind you, and I thought they looked like someone I know" sunoo replied while looking at you with nervous eyes and a sweet smile. After that you and sunoo got to know each other better, in the middle of talking sunoo's phone suddenly ringed.
"oh! Let me answer this quickly ___-ssi" sunoo went out of the cafe to answer his call. After a few minutes, he quickly came back inside "I'm sorry ___-ssi but I have to leave now, it was fun talking to you!" Sunoo hurriedly said to you "it was fun sunoo! If you don't mind, do you want to exchange numbers?" You asked sunoo as he looked at you with a somewhat shocked expression before giving you a smile and agreed.
After your interaction with sunoo, 2 months have passed and the two of you grew closer, and you were still oblivious to the fact that he was a kpop idol.
You were sitting on a bench waiting for sunoo, looking around to see if you spotted him. You and sunoo agreed to hang-out when he was free for the week, he said his work wasn't giving him any free time, when you both started to talk on the phone. Sunoo never mentioned what his job was or what he did for a living, all that you did know was that he loved his job, and from what he's described, it was making other people happy. You dwelled on that thought to keep you occupied while waiting for sunoo in the park. All of the sudden someone called out for you, you looked to your left and saw someone wearing a black outfit with a mask and a bucket hat, you waved back
"sun-?!" You were about to say his name when he quickly covered your mouth.
"shhh '____' don't say my name out in the public!" Sunoo whisper-yelled to you as a few people look at both of you.
"ah...I'm sorry, i forgot you don't want me to say your name in public.." you quickly apologized to sunoo.
"ahh it fine, no worries, that just shocked me since no one should know I'm out here" sunoo smiled under his mask "why wont you say to me what you work?" You asked sunoo "no! You shouldn't know about it, its top secret" sunoo put his finger to his mouth signal to keep quiet as he looked at you with a sassy glare "what are we doing!? Let's go have fun! Isnt that why were outside for an arcade?" Sunoo excitedly asked, you let out a soft giggle.
"alright then, let's see who can get the most tickets by the end." You challenged sunoo as he looked at you with determination in his eyes "oh your on '____'! Do go crying on me now!" Sunoo dashed to the counter to but tickets and headed for the machines.
After going to the arcade, both went to a relatively small cafe. Finally, sunoo took off his mask as you both finished ordering. "this day was fun! Let's hang out again ____!" Sunoo insisted
"yeah! We should, if your schedule isnt too packed with work" you noted back to sunoo, sunoo just smiled at you, just then both of your order was called.
"Oh! I'll go get our order, just gimme a minute." Sunoo walked to the counter and grabbed both of your order.
"Hey ____! Have you heard about enhypen! their songs are so good!" Sunoo asked you to see what your answer was and what you thought about his group.
"huh? Enhypen? Well I dont know much about them but their song is a amazing, my friend keeps ranting to me about sunghoon, I'm slowly going insane everytime she mentions his name" you sigh as you remember your friend talking to you for a whole hour talking about sunghoon and his biceps.
After a while of conversing with each other about anything that came to both of your mind, you looked at the time, "oh! Its already late, aish..how could I get home now, there's no more taxi's this hour..." you grumbled st the fact that you had to walk home, which was a long walk "huh? Y'know you could come with me I could walk you home!" Sunoo suggested
"ah no, it's okay, I wouldn't want to bother you" you denied his request.
Silence filled the air around the two of you as you walked around the park to get to your house. "Hey sunoo..why won't you say to me what your job is?." You questioned sunoo while sunoo was looking st you with dazed eyes.
"You should know about what my job is ____." Sunoo replied looking serious which was an expression he never wore, you immediately dropped the topic. As the cold air hits your face, it makes you shiver next to sunoo, when suddenly a jacket was placed on your shoulder.
"huh?! Sunoo wont you be cold?"
"it's fine, you looked like you were cold" sunoo smiled at you.
"Hey ____, I have something to say...." sunoo whispered. " of course sunoo, what Is it that you want to say?" You said hiding your anxiousness with a smile. "...____, I know we haven't been friend for a long time, but-" sunoo interrupted himself to take a deep sigh, "____, I like- no i love you ever since we first met in that cafe, you caught my eye when i first laid my eyes on you, and even though their were a few empty chairs in that crowded cafe, I sat with you because you looked so pretty, how the sunlight was highlighting your features was so alluring to me, and now that I got to know you, ...i fell inlove with you more, all your small habits that I memorize whenever we hangout, how you pet those cats we meet on the way to the cafe we first met, how your lips turn into a pout when you're concentrating on a claw machine in the arcade we always go to, how you slightly shiver everytime the cold wind blows in winter, how I could go on about how much your small habits and details is unimaginable, ____, you make me act so different, you make my heart beat uncontrollably everytime you wrap your hands around my arm when you were cold, when you put your head on my shoulder when you were tired and we were in this very park. ____ I'm not asking you to like me back but I'm doing this to express my feeling and to no longer push it away, I really hope this doesn't ruin our friendship ____." Sunoo finished his confession and shyly avoided your eyes as you were in complete shock since you didn't think sunoo liked you, you had liked him ever since your first hang out.
"sunoo...I-...I dont really know how to say this like how you did but I love you too sunoo, just like you said, we haven't known each other to long but I love how you make me feel safe in any situation, how you're so attentive even if it means you have to forget yourself sometimes, of course ill reciprocate your feelings sunoo" you hugged sunoo tightly as tears welled up in your eyes, sunoo reciprocated your hug slowly and gently, he strokes your hair with such gentleness your feeling of anxiety washes away as he hugs you to prevent you from getting more cold.
Sunoo just then took off his bucket hat, you were star struck as this was the first time you saw sunoo's full face without his hat. He noticed your gaze "hehe, am I that handsome that you're speechless" sunoo teased you while posing like he was a model. "Yah! That's not true, I just saw someone and I thought they looked like someone I know" you reprimanded, sunoo then looked at you with eyes confused eyes and a small pout on his lips.
"Yah! What you said sounded super familiar!" Sunoo covered his mouth with his hands, looking shocked.
" you mean 'I thought they looked like someone I know' isnt that what you said to me when we first met at the cafe?!" You exclaimed, mimicking sunoo's expression and actions, you clasped you hand over your mouth.
"Oh! You're right, ohhh how can you remember that sentence? That was so long ago" sunoo looked so confused.
"Hehe, how could I not remember, that was the time I knew you loved me"
Extra notes: PHEWW FINALLY FINSIHED, the ending was so hard to do so if its a little wonky, it's because I was running out of ideas😭 but i hope you still like it lost and everyone who reads this!
