the. parts with g.uzma,,,, umm but i like that it was the first game to really do something different with the p.okemon league :00 like i think they did it really well. it was weird at first to me not having gyms lol but the whole island challenge was a really fun idea. and i liked the fact that there were technically 2 villain teams. and like team skull is really different from the villain teams in the previous games bc theyre a lot sillier and not really a huge problem to alola, and they dont have a Main Evil Goal theyre working towards, theyre just kinda there to cause chaos. it was kinda obvious to me the first time i was playing that the aether foundation were the Real evil team but idk it was cool to have a kind of fake out like that :00

OH AND THE ULTRA BEASTS i like the ultra beasts theyre sick af :00 sm was just full of a lot of new and different things from the previous games and it all worked so well. like it still followed the same formula which i like but it still felt so new and different :]

21. “Hello”/“Welcome Home” kiss

Goodneighbor, for better or for worse, was always there to greet Megan once she got back in from the wasteland. Everyone knew the place wasn’t the best of the Commonwealth, but it gave Megan a roof over her head, food, and good company — and as opposed to the wasteland, that was luxury.

Upon walking through the doors to Goodneighbor’s near-impenetrable walls, a familiar sight greeted Megan: a ghoul in old revolutionary garb, dressed as if having walked out from the 1700s (if it weren’t for the withered skin, anyhow — that wasn’t vintage). John Hancock, mayor of Goodneighbor, a murderer and a fiend to many, stood there with a careful look on his face like a beloved pet awaiting its family’s return.

Hancock, the terrifying revolutionary, looked at Megan with a softness that nobody else saw. Megan knew people looked at the two together with concern and confusion — Hancock could love and care for someone? — but Megan knew him, and felt comfort with him. Especially when she saw the expression he wore whenever she returned home.

“Welcome home, doll,” he said with a smile, and as Megan walked up to him returning the kind gaze, he quickly reached his arms out to grab her shoulders and bring her close, as if he could not wait a second longer to hold her again. Megan glanced up to look at him and he did not waste anytime to lean in close and press his lips to theirs, holding the back of their head.

Once he pulled away Megan smiled up at him. “All in one piece,” she said with pride.
