Antarctica Dream Adventure 8 - Drygalski Fjord
This is our third day at South Georgia Island in our Antarctica Dream Adventure. South Georgia is the British Overseas Territory of South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands.
As we progress on the expedition we are told that areas of South Georgia are being closed due to the detection of birds with avian influenza and to help reduce the spread of the disease. The expedition leader is…

Oops I disappeared- I wrote some lore for this fella and their buddy tho:
An excerpt from a study entitled “The Effects of Acute Radiation Exposure on Non-Sentient Plush Toys”:
“Test Subject Z24 “Tedd” was exposed to an estimated 450 roentgens in an effort to see how high doses of acute radiation would affect non-sentient stuffed toys. As the exposure progressed, near the 200 roentgen mark, scientists noted minute movement which they assumed was the materials reacting to the radiation.
At the 300 roentgen mark, TS Z24 began to move in earnest, attempting to remove the bands placed around it, much to the alarm of our researchers. At the 400 roentgen mark, signs of struggle increased and TS Z24 freed itself from the straps, and stood within the test chamber as the final dosage of 450 roentgens was administered.
In the following days our team of researchers observed TS Z24 change from a brown bear into what can only be described as neon yellow. Further decay occurred three days after exposure, spreading across its extremities. Five days after exposure, TS Z24 lost significant mass from its right anterior section, exposing plush bones and organs.
During this time, TS Z24 was observed moving throughout the containment chamber erratically and would stand against the observation window whenever researchers were present.
Soon after, the study was abandoned as scientists refused to progress the experiment any further. TS Z24 and its counterpart TS Z23 “Bearald” were slotted for decontamination and destruction, however when the clean up team entered their chambers TS Z24 and TS Z23 were nowhere to be found.
It is the hope of this scientist that these dangerously radioactive test subjects will be found and destroyed before inflicting their condition on others. If they are located, they are to be destroyed on sight.”
