Delinquent Au Yumitsu
Hah I get to make stuff up for her because she’s got like 3 chapters of content total.
She’s a highschool dropout, she quit once Tatara graduated. Him being one of the few people above her in the gang was the only thing keeping her at their school.
Her position as Tatara’s underling made her second in line to become boss right after him. This pisses off a lot of members because what self respecting delinquent is gonna be ruled over by a girl. There’d be much more of a fuss about it but their boss Eto is incredibly terrifying and very much a girl. And Yamori is really the only one to say anything about it, he’d never be able to act on it because on top of her being in a higher position, she also has the respect of the rest of the gang’s heavy hitters.
Her, Ayato, and possibly the Bin brothers make up Aogiri’s future second gen leadership. The bin brothers are an oddity, they’re a package deal so neither of them fit neatly into either generation with the older brother being the same age a their boss Eto while the other is still in school.
The reason nobody has really challenged her position is her incredible combat ability. She’s got a wooden sword that she carries around everywhere, and her capacity for violence is only eclipsed by Yamori
Despite all of that, Yumitsu is generally a nice person, she’s an older sister figure for Ayato that keep him in line. She lets him ride double with her and let’s him carry her precious sword when they go in groups. She also offers him the chance to crash at her apartment when he wants to get out of the house.
With all of that in mind she’s truly meant for the world they live in and she’s made quite a name for herself.

Do you think some natural ghouls would be able to pass through the RC Gate?
We know through Eto that the rc signature the gate looks for can be passed down genetically. Yoshimura was V, so the Washuu had allowed the gates to let him pass, and we saw that Eto herself was able to pass through the gate.
But the RC Gates aren't just for V and the Washuu. Publically, their "main" use is to be programmed with the rc signatures of all quinques.
But wouldn't that mean that any family member of a deceased ghoul made into a quinque could pass through the gate?
The Arata Armor exists, and Narukami is theorized to be Hikari. Could Touka and Ayato both pass?
Tatara, because of Yan?
Tomoe, because of the Bin Brothers?
Or perhaps it's only rc signatures that are extremely similar. Yoshimura and Eto's kagune look visually the same, and he even purposely mimicked her owl form for years.
Meanwhile, Arata was a koukaku while Touka and Ayato are ukaku. Hikari may have had a similar ukaku flame, but judging from what we know of Yomo's kagune, and the possibility that Narukami and T-Human are the other 2 Yomo siblings, then its possible Hikari's kagune didn't much resemble her kids'.
But Hinami's is a near-identical copy of both of her parents, who are both separate quinques. So she'd probably be an exception, even if the others couldn't pass through.
That's a pretty glaring but very interesting weakness. And because of the Washuu secret, I doubt anyone outside of the Washuu would know its even possible.

Ayato
Ayato is really big on chains in his clothing but it comes at the expense of them always jingling whenever he walks. He'll be out doing his usual tough guy walk but will sound like one of Santa's elves. just as tall as them too
He used to have quite the problem of always having saggy trousers and it became a joke that you could just about see his underwear. He was so adamant it wasn't true and just thought everyone was ficking with him until Hina kindly pointed it out to him.
Ayato is ABSOLUTELY that annoying sibling that'll walk into your room, fuck with your stuff, leave, and leave the damn door open.

Tomoe and Touka are very familiar with this bullshit
He often tries to tell people he can skateboard and he can.... to some extent. He knows about 3 tricks and can stay on the board fine but no one believes him when he says this.
Tomoe
Tomoe quite enjoys games like animal crossing, stardew valley, and the sims. She prefers the older versions of animal crodsing as the newer villagers have much less interesting dialogue options.
She always has some sort of craft going on. Her room may mainly be neat but she always has a small slightly less tidy corner of her room dedicated to whatever project she has going on at the moment. She likes being able to let her mind go quiet as she sketches or crafts. It gives her something to look forward to at the end of the day.
She's very well versed in floriography, and will not hesitate to point out when someone's flowers don't have the meaning they're trying to convey. Ayato is constantly asking her about flowers for Hinami, even before the two started dating. She was very excited when the two started dating and the bouquet ideas she had thought of finally had a use.
She's quite handy when it comes to things like repairs around the house bc the Bin brothers were pretty much experts in that area. After their deaths, Tomoe has filled their shoes as The One Everyone Calls When Something Goes Wrong.
I feel like I could've come up with more but I quite like what I've got here! Might've been quite cruel to Ayato though (once again, I did say these would be dumb hcs) Please feel free to send me more. I love doing these :3

Can you do Eto and Saiko for the character ask game? also maybe Yumitsu Tomoe but I’m pretty sure I’m her only fan so idk
ETO!! The queen, ignore the little hearts I was trying to figure out how to indicate how much I love her. I'm not sure I actually want to bite her now that I think about it, more like I'd let her bite me if that makes sense. I don't know. She's so pretty, so powerful, if she wasn't pumped full of enough RC suppressants to kill a horse at the time of her final fight, or if he wasn't so frustratingly good at data analysis she would've crushed Furuta in a heartbeat and I would be happy.
Saiko! Unfortunately the entire Quinx squad kind of faded into "Oh yeah that was nice while it lasted" after the death of Shirazu and their subsequent splitting up but she's very special and lovely.
COUNTERPOINT YOU ARE ONE OF AT LEAST TWO TOMOE FANS. EVIDENCE: I LOVE HER.
She's doing such a great job I wish her the best.

Aogiri riding habits
Eto-She’s one of the few who actually managed to get a license. That doesn’t stop her from driving like a maniac. Her license and books have led to her being the only one of the gang to own a car (modified in the vein of her kakuja)
Tatara-Unlike his boss, he has yet to pass the written part of the licensing exam due to the fact he can’t read Japanese well. Despite that he’s probably the most ‘normal’ rider of aogiri. He isn’t really one for the Biker part of the biker gang, he’s more in it for the fights and the family he’s made
Yumitsu-She could get a license but hasn’t bothered to. She always rides in the back of the pack so she and Ayato can stall the cops when they inevitably show up. Whenever a cop rolls around she drives at the car so ayato can have a pass with his implement of choice
Ayato-He doesn’t know how to drive and he’s too small to operate the bike well. Yumitsu lets him ride on the back of her bike, causing property damage with either her wooden sword or whatever weapon ayato has decided to bring along.
Older Bin-He’s the only other one with a license. He got it for work reasons after he dropped out, but it has the added benefit of him being able to ride relatively legally.
Younger Bin-He rides double with his older brother, along with yumitsu and ayato, he’s one of the people who takes care of tail end of the pack. He wields a metal bat while riding. Along with Yamori he’s part of Aogiri’s strike team and specializes doing driveby’s on the bike
Yamori-He’s never had a license and never plans to, ever since he started the white suits he’s seen it as a sign of weakness to have one. He drives like a maniac too, taking pleasure whenever he causes someone to crash. He has a wrench in his belt if he ever feels the need to hit somebody while riding
