Do you think some natural ghouls would be able to pass through the RC Gate?

We know through Eto that the rc signature the gate looks for can be passed down genetically. Yoshimura was V, so the Washuu had allowed the gates to let him pass, and we saw that Eto herself was able to pass through the gate.

But the RC Gates aren't just for V and the Washuu. Publically, their "main" use is to be programmed with the rc signatures of all quinques.

But wouldn't that mean that any family member of a deceased ghoul made into a quinque could pass through the gate?

The Arata Armor exists, and Narukami is theorized to be Hikari. Could Touka and Ayato both pass?

Tatara, because of Yan?

Tomoe, because of the Bin Brothers?

Or perhaps it's only rc signatures that are extremely similar. Yoshimura and Eto's kagune look visually the same, and he even purposely mimicked her owl form for years.

Meanwhile, Arata was a koukaku while Touka and Ayato are ukaku. Hikari may have had a similar ukaku flame, but judging from what we know of Yomo's kagune, and the possibility that Narukami and T-Human are the other 2 Yomo siblings, then its possible Hikari's kagune didn't much resemble her kids'.

But Hinami's is a near-identical copy of both of her parents, who are both separate quinques. So she'd probably be an exception, even if the others couldn't pass through.

That's a pretty glaring but very interesting weakness. And because of the Washuu secret, I doubt anyone outside of the Washuu would know its even possible.

Eid Mubarak everyone! Some Tokyo Ghoul Halalverse headcanons for the day and some for this month! A lot of these are courtesy of @backgroundcharacterno7 <3

Haise spends his Eid morning stress cooking he forgets to read his verses at least bc he couldn’t go to Eid prayer. If henna is involved Saiko is smudging that shit to play Project Diva on her PSP. Mutsuki is helping Haise in the kitchen to manage the stress and has a hard dysphoria day going to the masjid. Urie would try to work out extra hard after sehri/suhoor and passes out.

Furuta is banned from the masjid because he keeps shouting “I HAVE A BOMB”, sister Rize is nowhere to be found because he cannot lower his gaze.

Hysy Artmask Studio makes bank on chaandrat because he’s doing everyone’s mehendi. Itori reveals a little more skin the more the next Muslim dudebro asks her to wear the hijab.

Eto probably didn’t even bother to celebrate because she’s like “I didn’t even fast all month” but gets push from Hinami and maybe Naki. Naki is still trying to recite Surahs as we speak. It’s going just as well as you think.

Kimi is fighting the WhatsApp aunties all Ramadan, Nishiki keeps trying to lecture Touka about the hijab only to get strangled with one. Hinami and Touka are the ones that have to take care of all the kids on Eid, and at least gets them candy or coffee in smaller doses.

Ayato tried to sit around food throughout his fasts to prove how much of a tough guy he is.

Juuzou goes to Eid prayer and parties for food, Hanbee has to watch him before someone tries to tell Juuzou to move to the ladies section and about how permissible his stitches are. Hanbee is also left to single parent on Eid.

tokyo ghoul characters at a super bowl party bc i am being forced to be at one

the only ones watching the game are yomo, nishiki, akira and tsukiyama. nishiki purposefully roots for the team that tsukiyama is not rooting for just to piss him off.

akira is very into the game. she’s the type to yell at the tv when things don’t go her way.

touka is not paying attention but also cheers every time the team tsukiyama isn’t rooting for scores.

every time someone praises a play, ayato says “that wasn’t that good” just to be annoying. he doesn’t actually know anything about football.

kaneki, mutsuki and hinami are talking in the corner trying to figure out what is actually going on. they are completely wrong about everything.

hide, juuzou, and saiko just came for free snacks.

urie is on his phone in the corner. he doesn’t know why he let himself get dragged here. shirazu is trying to make him pay attention to the game. as a result, neither one of them are paying attention.
