hmmmm thinking about how the first and only time ruth fleming gets praise for her acting, something she dreams of doing, is from max jägerman. a popular kid who gives her a bow and tells her “that was really special.” and the next time she sees him, he boos her, the first time she feels comfortable enough to perform on a stage, even with no one around. and then he KILLS HERRRRRR.
