HOW TO GLAZE YOUR WORK WITHOUT A GOOD PC(or on mobile)/TIPS TO MAKE IT LESS VISIBLE
Glaze your work online on:
Cara app. It requires you to sign up but it is actually a good place for your portfolio. Glazing takes 3 minutes per image and doesn't require anything but an internet connection compared to 20-30 minutes if your pc doesn't have a good graphic card. There IS a daily limit of 9 pictures tho. Glazed art will be sent to you after it's done, by email. It took me 30 minutes to glaze 9 images on a default setting. Cara app is also a space SPECIFICALLY for human artists and the team does everything in their power to ensure it stays that way.
WebGlaze. This one is a little bit more complicated, as you will need to get approval from the Glaze team themselves, to ensure you're not another AI tech bro(which, go fuck yourself if you are). You can do it through their twitter, through the same Cara app(the easiest way) or send them an email(takes the longest). For more details read on their website.
Unfortunately there are no ways that I know of to use Nightshade YET, as it's quite new. Cara.app definitely works on implementing it into their posting system tho!
Now for the tips to make it less visible(the examples contain only nightshade's rendering, sorry for that!):
Heavy textures. My biggest tip by far. Noise, textured brushes or just an overlay layer, everything works well. Preferably, choose the ones that are "crispy" and aren't blurred. It won't really help to hide rough edges of glaze/nightshade if you blur it. You can use more traditional textures too, like watercolor, canvas, paper etc. Play with it.
Colour variety. Some brushes and settings allow you to change the colour you use just slightly with every stroke you make(colour jitter I believe?). If you dislike the process of it while drawing, you can clip a new layer to your colour art and just add it on top. Saves from the "rainbow-y" texture that glaze/nightshade overlays.
Gradients(in combination with textures work very well). Glaze/nightshade is more visible on low contrast/very light/very dark artworks. Try implementing a simple routine of adding more contrast to your art, even to the doodles. Just adding a neutral-coloured bg with a darker textured gradient already is going to look better than just plain, sterile digital colour.
And finally, if you dislike how glaze did the job, just try to glaze/shade it again. Sometimes it's more visible, sometimes it's more subtle, it's just luck. Try again, compare, and choose the one you like the most. REMEMBER TO GLAZE/SHADE AFTER YOU MADE ALL THE CHANGES, NOT BEFORE!!

Sometimes I think about how we as a fandom just replay Sun and Moon's voice lines over and over again.
How they would probably do the same, when pizzaplex feels especially cold and empty.
Playing your voice inside their head over and over again. Laughing at your jokes softly like they've never heard those before, but actually laughing just because the sound of your laughter is that contagious to them. Replaying their favourite moments with you before their eyes like a movie that they watch every time something goes wrong. You are their comfort character of that movie.
Oh how they would miss your actual voice. All of the recordings are glitchy now, as their speakers are shards of plastic, reminding them how actually fake they are. The recordings and themselves. How you're actually not here. How they're alone. Will you ever visit them again?
They miss your voice. They wish you could give them just one more opportunity to record it.

I know Valentine's Day has passed and I'm not even a fan but hear me out
We all know that in Help Wanted 2 Sun quite literally states that everything made in Pizzaplex is a property of Fazco, right? So he can do whatever he wants with it.
...You clean up with Sun after hours, like you always do, but today is a little bit different.
Today the daycare is covered in red and pink paper scraps, the leftovers of a few hours of Sun lecturing the kids on how to properly make Valentine cards. You could tell he wasn't in the mood because of something, but you couldn't catch why exactly without talking to him first and truly, your own mind wasn't at ease either so you left him be.
You still help him out of course, as you always do, handing him all of the kid's drawings in a pack and watching him go through them all, sorting, but then shred some. Not all of them, but quite a big chunk doesn't make it.
Probably because of how badly some of the kids tested his nerves today, part of you thinks.
But your mind leaves that thought abandoned very quickly, as you notice that he's almost done with his little routine. You wait patiently, holding one last card behind your back and when he turns back to you, clapping his hands in excitement at being done, you offer him another heart-shaped card. He snatches it with an overstretched smile plastered across his face and your heart sinks when it ends with the same fate as the ones which Sun deemed unworthy of keeping.
"No extras, told them — no extras! Faz.co is already generous enough to give those brats free paper to do their little silly confessions, I can't believe some child made two. Like they have so many loved ones?! Ha! Unacceptable, unacceptable."
He shakes his head in disapproval and dusts his hands, and it almost feels like the last card in his mind was filthy, as it was created by breaking his rules.
You look down at the brightly coloured pile of paper strips on the cushioned floor, feeling your chest tightening, but deciding against saying a thing.
A glitter pen writing in blue and yellow traces one single word, on the strip that has fallen the last.
Your name.

Mermaid Moon, Sun and Eclipse have a different visible light spectrum so they actually can see your lovely human stripes!!<3
You often would carefully trace their own patterns with your fingertips when any of them allowed you that close. And the sound of purring would always let you know that they don't mind.
But you never could really understand why their caress followed a specific pattern as well. It was interesting, as each of them always followed the same direction, their claws gently gliding over your skin when you weren't wearing your diving costume. You doubted they secretly agreed to mess with you in that way. Plus, their eyes followed some invisible path too... You could see their scleras dilate every time.
Whatever they saw, they found it beautiful.

Sometimes I see videos of a very cool bird very accurately mimicking sounds of humans, mobile phone notifications, music, honk of the car, screeching of the door etc.
I'm giving myself rights to give the same "ability" to Moon. The gremlin just records random noises while being near you and then plays them from the pitch darkness, just to spook or play with you.
You randomly hear a bird in a daycare one night. The second night you hear a cat. Both nights you check the daycare, worried for the animals who could possibly be brought in here by kids. There's none. The third night you keep hearing message notifications but after checking your phone you find nothing.
You do uncover him when he couldn't contain his chuckle at your confusion. He keeps doing the same the next night but giggles every time, like a child being caught when they're naughty. Just two red eyes in the dark, playing a recording of a one of the kid's laughter. Your head automatically lifts up in confusion. The daycare is closed, how there can be any children? You huff at the two red LEDs, your lack of amusement is followed by a giggle.
You don't find it funny when you hear a scream in the dark.
You call for Moon, again and again. But there's no answer, no usual cackle of "oh, you got me". Just scream after scream, after scream.
Then silence.
You wonder when did he record those.

I don't remember if I've talked about it but Gregory would be Moon's fav and Sun's worst enemy and Cassie would be Sun's fav and Moon's worst enemy.
And that's actually shown in SB and Ruin-
Sun is very angry with Gregory as he didn't follow the rules and let Moon out. While Moon is actually? Pretty chill about it? I would even say he's kinda ecstatic about being out, even tho his programming/virus does tell him to punish Gregory for breaking the rules. He still doesn't even sound angry, he's giggling and chucking and just kinda vibing.
In ruin we see the opposite. Moon is out, in pain and angry at Cassidy for trying to turn on the lights. He's VERY aggressive and even his laughs sound just forced/painful. Part of his aggression obviously comes from the fact that they're in pain and scared but you get what I'm trying to say. While Sun is happy with Cassie as she's here to help! Not like that brat Gregory lol

Thinking about how dca would always feel incomplete. How tech always gets old and impractical and needs to be upgraded again and again and again, because the world around is changing all the time but they don't.
You also change.
They feel a weird combination of pride and jealousy. You change on your own. You, a human being, something so fragile and breakable in their eyes, can change however you want. Whenever you want.
It's in your nature.
They, on the other hand, are created by your folk's hands. Their only nature is to obey those hands. To rust until you say otherwise.
Do you even realise how much unpronounced power you have over someone like them? They think you don't.
Yes, they're made to be stronger. Maybe more durable in some ways. If anything, something like them may kill the humanity one day.
But then they'll rust. But not in a physical sense of this word.
The world around them will change. But they will stay the same.
Because unlike you, something that they deem to be as fascinating as it is terrifying,
they cannot adapt.

Continuing my previous post-
As someone with a tiny grasp of coding, I can never stop thinking about the au where we're not a mechanic, but an IT expert.
The dca is the first animatronic to get infected with this weird bug and both Faz co and the robot themself are aware of it. Sun is mean to us at first because he thinks he and Moon can manage everything on their own Just Fine and they don't need us.
And the fun part is, we actually don't like them either! And for a quite realistic reason nowadays - every technology is created to benefit big corporations and not the public. Big corporations like... Well. Faz co. You, as an IT specialist are aware of it as no one else, seeing how so many features that would benefit the public get scrapped during the development of many of your projects just because it wouldn't Make Money.
And you do think about Sun and Moon just like about those fucking patrolling "robot dogs" that some of the counties want to insert into our society. What if they are just another Al that is created to underpay actual babysitters? To just fire professionals, to cut corners with some raw underdeveloped Al, to not pay for human labour. Maybe they're even some kind of spyware, to figure out employees' and parents' secrets, who knows?
Well. You. You know. Err- correction, you will know. You just need to open their code and find out what is causing the issue. Alongside, find out what exactly this Daycare Attendant is. Or who is?
You're as sceptical about them as they're about you. But bills need to be paid and bugs need to be fixed, a robot dog it is or a daycare attendant. You gotta work together, somehow.
