DM THOUGHTS 12/3
So I am going to try and start a DM thoughts thing after session. This might have some tiny spoilers/ things you all didn’t pick up on but will mostly be my thoughts:
- FIRST OF ALL- Ari did a good thing by getting Luxon out of that situation because he would have just looked at Noxus until he attempted to attack him again. (Also, I didn’t mention the new Noxus’s name is Shinra.)
-I just love Thanderin so much. I can’t tell you how much it meant to them that when they shifted into a more feminine form that no one batted an eye
-Teasing Zeceroth.... haha that will be a fun one down the line
-Luxon is such in love with Ari. Like having his little sister again means the world to him. He was trying to be the best big brother but thennn....
-FUCKING PAN. That is all I need to say. I love his character. I just love him. Expect more in the future.
-The kid scene made me want to cry y’all... you did amazing. Just seeing the five interacting with the kids and just being a group made me just so happy. (Also you probs won’t go back buttttt, the name of the place is now the For Sworn Orphanage)
-The fucking Zone of Truth scene... holy....
-Also the dreams... that is all I have to say. I love teasing things that are soming up for characters and giving them motivations through dreams because it is so great.
-Also DM talk here, I FORGOT TO LOOK AT THE TIME FOR THE ENCOUNTER AND I SLIGHTLY PANICKED. I WAS HAPPY THAT YOU DEFEATED THEM BUT I WAS GETTING NERVOUS.
-Also next week you will find out the Guardians have names after what they do. For example Ace was a pilot and Pastry is a chef. I am so excited for that.
-Temple of the Prime... should be fun. Bring your thinking brains :)

born to a media mogul father on his 3rd marriage and real housewife of nj mother, xaria came out with a silver spoon in her mouth and gold immediately around her wrist.
her dad worked in new york city, just right over the bridge, as a business insider he owns companies like mobile phone networks & a newswire service that is worth billions of dollars.
xaria’s mom had a child young with her high school sweetheart, but things didn’t work out. she has a protective older brother who hates his step dad’s guts. the man is known to cheat on his wife, but she just turns a blind eye because money > love.
her father has older children, from his first two marriages, with children of their own...so things are weird around the holidays but whatever. she’s his baby girl and would do anything for her. literally. she’s set for life with her bank account and isn’t afraid to show it off.
from top designers in the fashion world, to high end make up companies and corporations, zari has been working with the best of the best since she was a teen.
for a second she wanted to try out acting, but realized her body and face was her money maker and being herself was better than having to fake a character for 14 hour days.
so as soon as she hit 18, she became a social media influencer, taking on campaigns and doing ad’s for all top paying companies. they liked her sweet and innocent vibe but with a bikini that revealed a little too much. which was perfectly a-okay in her book.
she doesn’t know how to drive because she’s always had a driver, but she has her license and 3 rides that she thinks are cute to take photos with.
zari is always down to party. she’s had a fake id since high school and though she’s of age now, you would think every night was like her first night of drinking with how drunk she always manages to get.
this bitch is hella trustworthy. like she has your back, will throw hands if she has to for her girls and get in anyones face with no shame. she can be feisty and has a bite to go with the bark.
doesn’t believe in love, thinks it’s something that’s made up to help people feel better about themselves and less lonely in life. she is always down for a good time, sleeping with whoever, whenever.
she’s down to smoke weed whenever, but doesn’t do anything harder because of a friend that past away from substance abuse. but doesn’t judge. not in the slightest. she understands that people have their things in life and are going to do what they got to. she might say something while drunk, but nothing too heavy.
redbull and vodka is her favorite, but she gets so wild off it, it’s insane. dark liquor and her do not mix, she will pass out for sure. vodka and champs is where it’s usually at for her, wine drunk is fun but she feels like it ends the night too soon?
into bad boys & people that are heartbreakers. she wants a reason to not commit, wants to make sure she has a reason to run if anyone gets to close to her. too good at goodbyes is her theme song and what relates to her the most.

Okay well maybe I'm a bit too obsessed with the Five Man Band trope but

(Keep in mind, there can be someone who has two roles.)
ALSO A LIST OF THE ROLES
Leader- The leader is, well, the leader. Basically, the fella that everyone looks to for a plan. They usually take charge or make calls. They aren't necessarily a planner or a commander so much as they are at the head of the charge, taking charge. Like Aang, from Avatar.
Lancer- Sort of a back-up leader, a second-in-command in the most generic use. But more than anything: the lancer is a foil. They are equal/opposite of the leader. Like, maybe if the leader is naive the lancer will be experienced. If the leader is temperate, the lancer might be foolhardy. Sort of like Book 3 Zuko.
Heart- The moral compass, the emotional epicenter! The Heart is the one who keeps the group on the right sort of emotional path. Generally empathetic, probably more in touch with their feelings. Katara, basically.
Big Guy- Either big in personality, power or some other way. They might be physically large or simply give off that impression. Like Toph.
Smart Guy- The brain man. If someone's gonna think a thunk, it will probably be the smart guy. They can cunning or just plain intelligent. Like Sokka!
