Wulin Heroes - formerly known as Wulin Has Pride - is tentatively scheduled to air on January 29th, directly following The Blood of Youth which is, from what I gather, very popular in China. Youku obviously decided to use Li Hongyi's current popularity to garner viewers for this old thing. LHY was, what, 21 when he filmed it?

This trailer for Wulin Heroes (formerly Wulin Has Pride and Wulin Has Squeamish - no I have no idea what they meant by the latter) which is gonna be airing Jan 29 is sure something.

Something truly awful, that is.

Every day in every way, cdrama makers are ensuring that LBFAD is gonna end up being the last airing cdrama I ever voluntarily completed. It’s as if all I ever found appealing in cdramas decides to commit mass suicide, leaving wrecks of tasteless horribleness as only survivors.

any news on erha's drama? do you think it will air?

There isn't... Sadly. Last we heard was last year, when the ban on dangai (danmei-inspired) live actions for a year went into place. Nothing since.

That being said, it's an opinion, not fact. I want to think that TGCF and Erha's drama will air, that they've just been delayed. Honestly, the bitter taste of the probably-canceled TGCF radio drama is affecting my outlook.

On the bright side, Wulin has Pride, which is not danmei, had been advertised since 2020 and never aired. Supposedly, it will finally air at the end of this year (December 31 2022). Maybe it will be similar for Erha and TGCF.

Another Li Hongyi drama in which he's kinda OP but has severe illness? Right after The Blood of Youth ended??? I'm SOLD.

Also want to point out that if you're looking for another TBOY like drama, this isn't for you. This is just low budget short rom-com series. I'm watching this because I want more Li Hongyi so it's exactly what I expected. He looks really good in this but Xiao Se is still the his best look.

Update: He was cured in like the first 10 minutes by FL... No more blood vomiting frail Li Hongyi. So sad.
