So why don't the wives in tatemae series file for a divorce tho? I mean they are educated and talented (except the one in liberosis i mean it's not her fault, she didn't get a chance馃様) and can make enough money for a living. It's so sad to see them as housewives because of those assholes.

mh, the divorce question. i have talked about this before in this ask here. as mentioned therein, it's not so easy just getting the divorce. you can only apply for it, but actually being granted the divorce? that's a long legal battle. primarily, the men are not in the favour of the divorce so they will contest it and more likely than not yoongi would be fighting from the men's side, and he's one damn good of a counsel.
secondly, the girls also, other than shiza (yoongo's wife) and tanaz (taehyung's wife) have an emotional attachment to their husbands, so to muster up all this strength to fight a divorce is a huge thing. plus, it's expensive fighting a legal battle. which lawyer would knowingly stand against min yoongi? the girls will also have to get an expensive lawyer to fight it. it's not like they haven't thought about it, dany (hoseok's wife) literally consults rei (jimin's wife) for a divorce, but so many caveats at each and every turn can be highly disappointing and disheartening :/
