listen dahlia's actions in bridge to the turnabout are another story but i gotta say i think her actions in turnabout beginnings are perfectly excusable. like if i was fourteen years old and living in an absolutely loveless family and my twenty one year old tutor started fawning all over me and calling me his "teen angel" i'd fake my own death and start a new life and let him be put on death row in the process as well. and manipulate him into drinking poison i'd do that too
#i do sympathize with her past situation and i don't blame her for taking drastic actions to get out of it#you gotta remember that if valerie hadn't threatened to expose the truth dahlia never would've killed anybody at all#she was perfectly fine! she was living her own life under her new name and she caused no trouble whatsoever#but then valerie threatened to expose the truth and send her potentially hurtling back into a life she didn't want#and so she took drastic action. like maybe it was overkill but i Get it i Understand#terry for sure had to die. i Understand though why she killed valerie why she tried to kill diego why she killed doug#why she tried to kill phoenix. like you haveeee to remember that for the majority of the things that happened to her#she was a teenager! coming from an abusive family and trying to get away from that!#and again bttt is an entirely different situation and i understand that. but the fawles debacle? another game entirely#and one i completely understand her actions in
