Hello there dear resident Dave fan, here’s your silly content of our favorite uncle and this time— his niece.

Starting off with them as a duo!

Dave met Sarah a few years before Mark’s death when she was two (1991). He was utterly clueless about her even existing due to having gone low contact with the Heathcliff adults [who are not great parents here] after Mark had been shipped off to another side of Mandela by them to live with extended family [due to their inability to provide him the help he needed with his PTSD] before he later emancipating himself (he was 16, going off of Google for some emancipation shtuff). He only learns about her through him and man, was he excited about another child in the family.

Dave was also not told about Sarah due to the Heathcliff wanting to avoid him ‘corrupting’ her as he ‘had with Mark’ religious transphobia yk yk

The two bonded immediately, but after Mark’s passing that relationship grows stronger. They both missed him, and having one another to share that grief helped them both. Sarah needed a parental figure to provide support to her and Dave took that role with open arms.

Sarah ends up in Dave’s care when she turns 14 due to an issue with her parents [she would’ve tried to emancipate herself, but Dave stepped forward and offered a place to call home] and he raises her from there on teaching her how to care for herself for when she moves out as well. He meets Jonah and Adam during this time too. She moves out at 18 but stays in Bythorne, and often visits him in her free time. He taught her most of what she knows and although they’ve never viewed their connection as a father/daughter one, Sarah gives Dave more credit as her father than her bio one.

NOW

On their own, Dave’s story aligns with his canon one, however instead of ending up going to see "O’Brien" for the church job offer, he ends up sticking with his own work. Much to Gabriel’s dismay but, what can ya do? He’s semi-active in Sarah’s life but tries to avoid most public interaction due to the whole deal with BPS— both to avoid her and the other two being arrested and himself due to affiliation. Dave does not have contact with his sister and her husband anymore, refusing to acknowledge them as family after all their insensitivity and Asshole behavior. He blames them for Mark’s death, they don’t seem to care that he does either.

Real quick character information as I had done in my first post.

[Dave- he/him - ASD - American ; Dave is 49 in this au but looks mid 30’s at most, takes decent care of himself.]

Sarah’s freshly four when Mark and Cesar die, and so she doesn’t remember much of it at the time but as she grows the memories get clearer and man, does she mourn hard; Dave provides many stories about Mark that make her all but wish he were back so she could experience him as a proper older brother. She moves in with Dave at 13 and creates BPS when she’s a freshman, and it started as a school club; she meets Jonah and Adam while she’s a sophomore and the two join BPS. She graduates at 17 [early graduation due to summer courses and other things; unlike the other two who drop out] and her focus turns to primarily BPS as things get a lot more heated and— well, illegal. She doesn’t need to get a proper job as her biological parents end up paying for her house and most commodities she needs; trying to buy her love [she acts like it’s working, in reality could give a rats ass about them]

She manages to keep herself off the FBI and police radar due to not doing the physical work herself— sticking to the online work although she had been involved in the theft of the GPS and other banned items. The two boys constantly use her house as a safe haven when they get the chance, and Sarah keeps an eye on the police to give them warnings on when they need to be on the move. She views them both as [annoying] younger brothers, commonly mirroring Jonah’s energy while simultaneously being just as fiery and irritable as Adam. When she first meets Cesar and Mark against she flips her shit over two genuine ghosts before realizing who they were and promptly crying. She missed them okay?

Oh, dumb fun fact, Sarah took in Mark’s old cat, Soup, when he passed. Soup’s and old, fat orange tabby that wobbles around and likes everybody but Adam.

Janna Ordonia and Tom Lucitor as Boscha’s Biological Parents

I know I am not the first to say this, but if its any consolation I came up with it on my own and only discovered it had been done before afterwards. Before season 2 of the Owl House comes out I would like to put my two cents into this theory. The main parties involved in this theory are Dave Lucitor (a caucaian, brown haired, blue eyed mewman, with round ears which because of his mewman heritage has potential for dormant magical powers), Wrathmelior Lucitor (a huge red skinned demon with three vertically slanted and slit yellow eyes with no pupils, dark pink hair, long pointed ears, and giant horns on her head, and demonic powers such as super strength and weather manipulation.{We know demonic powers are separate from magic because when all the magic left stars universe Globgor still had his size manipulation so demonic powers and magic are different}), Thomas Draconius "Tom" Lucitor (light purple skin, light pinkish-purple hair, three pinkish red eyes with more human characteristics, smaller horns then his mom, pointed teeth, and pointed ears although less demonic then his mom, and a lot of demonic powers such as pyrokinesis, telekinesis, levitation, Curse infliction, and Geokinesis), Janna Ordonia (a Filipino human with brown eyes, dark blue {most likely black dyed blue}, round ears, and no magical abilities), and finally Boscha ( A supposed witch with light pink skin, dark purplish pink hair, and three human like eyes that are a greyish blue, rounder teeth, and round but pointed ears.)

Before I continue I would like to clarify that in my theory Luz and gravity falls earth is a different earth than Marco’s earth, they exist in the same universe, but are two separate realities. So my theory is that at some point after Star and Marco and all the other dimensions collide Tom and Janna fall in love, I can see this happening very easily from the canon we have, and the combination of there genetics lead to Boscha (who so far has no canon last name) I can easily see her skin being a combination of Tom and Janna’s, her ears would be from her 1/4 demon status, her three ears would be from her father but are more human in appearance then Tom’s because of Janna, her hair is from her father and grandmother, and her blue eyes from her grandfather. Her magic could source from two stems or a combination of both, one it isn’t magic it is her demonic heritage from her father, or two just like Luz who has no magic she has studied runes and other magical objects and are using that, again t could also be both.

So why is she in the Demon realm and why is she so rude to non-witches when she isn’t one herself, my answer, she’s adopted. Some point after she is born, perhaps around two to three, she is somehow lost and somehow ends up through a dimensional rift or a portal and is found in the Boiling Isles 10 years prior to the series (as in time travel) by a high class female witch. Clearly not human and having near identical pointed ears to a witch the woman would assume Boscha is a witch, and would adopt her as her own, Boscha would only remembers her first name so that is what her mother would call her. Boscha would show her “magical” alibies early on making her mother very proud and would brag about it to the Blights. She would eventually notice that Boscha’s magic doesn’t quite work the same and would teach her runes and other things to compensate. She wouldn’t remember her family so she wouldn’t know her 3/4 human heritage and would learn her bigotry from her mother. Weather she ever learns the truth, we will have to wait and see. Her bio parents would probably search everywhere for there daughter but even if they could get to the demon realm and happened to bump into her they would be looking for a 3 year old, not 13 and might not recognize her.

Anyway thats my theory.

                              BLOG POST 3: WONDER 

MOVIE SUMMARY:

The Movie wonder is an American comedy-drama film in the year 2017 which is directed by Stephen Chbosky and written by Jack Thorne, Steven Conrad, and Chbosky. The movie is based on the 2012 novel of the same name by R. J. Palacio and stars Julia Roberts, Owen Wilson, Jacob Tremblay, Izabela Vidovic, Mandy Patinkin, and Daveed Diggs. "Wonder". That's what the mother of August "Auggie" Pullman portrayed by Jacob Tremblay, calls him. Auggie was born with a congenital disorder that caused severe facial disfigurement (among other health problems). 

 Movies about dramatic disfigurements often walk on a tightrope for being inaccurate or shrewd, Wonder was definitely none of those, and in exchange had empathy with wit and grace, and is an echo about the current climate of American bullying. 

 The movie even gave other characters a backstory to give a well- rounded view of different lives with different causes for the way they were and why they treated Auggie that sort of way, which to in my opinion gave the story so much more depth than just being about educating the community on medical issues, but also to remind everyone that there are more sides to a coin when it comes to human lives.

                                        GUIDE QUESTIONS:

1. What life lessons can be learned from the movie?

True beauty is found within. No matter how people judge you by your looks, how you dress and how you act, these are not reasons for you to have low self- esteem. Thus, be proud of yourself, don't hide and just show the world how unique you are. It's never been okay to judge anyone without knowing their whole personality. Be brave and stand up for yourself and lastly no matter how rude they are, always choose to be kind because remember that you are what you are and will always be.

 2. What part of the story told by the movie was the most powerful? Why?

When Jack Will realized that he hurt and somehow betrayed Auggie by mocking his appearance and said that if he had August's face, he would kill himself in a Halloween party. Since it was his fault in the first place, together with her mother, they wrote an Apology letter to Mr. Tushaman addressing the issue between their friendship. This shows that even good people do bad mistakes. They mess up and do let others down but at the end of the day they are still people just like us. At least he knew that their friendship is important so he looked for a way to fix their fight.

3. Who was your favorite character in the movie? Why?

Jack Wall isn't actually my favorite but I like his personality because he is just like me. Sometimes I tend to say things that can badly hurt my friends but at the end of the day I try to fix our broken relationship and tell them how sorry I am as soon as possible.

4. Did anything that happened in the movie remind you of something that has occurred in your own life or that you have seen occur to others?

The scene where they bullied Auggie because of how he looked like reminded me of a common issue we are facing now which is JUDGEMENT. People now a day have their own standard of beauty. Most Filipinos are being judged because of being Moreno or Morena and having a nose which we call "Pango". We actually conducted a research last year regarding the Filipino's Golden Ratio and here we have seen that people really have different opinions but arrived in a same conclusion. No matter how you look like "BE CONFIDENT AND BE PROUD OF YOURSELF ".

 5. If you had a chance to ask a character in this movie a question, what would it be?

I would want to ask Auggie a simple question, “Are you happy? ".

President Obama joins other big names in posting touching tributes to Anthony Bourdain

As the shocking news of Anthony Bourdain's death reverberated around the world, the world took to social media to remember the chef and TV personality, sharing memories and thoughts on the man who made such a large impact on his industry and beyond. 

Bourdain rocketed to fame thanks to his 2000 book Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly, an early excerpt of which appeared in a 1999 issue of The New Yorker. He later wrote several more books — and even a graphic novel — and his writing continued to appear in places like the New Yorker and the New York Times.

Thankful

Rough Day 5 // 1 April 2017 As you can see, this isn't really a rough day blog. But instead, it's a blog where i just write everything i feel about everything happening in my life now. Let's start our first chapter where i'm thankful. I'm so blessed to have a roof and a cozy bed everytime i sleep. I'm so thankful that i have thoughtful parents that care and loves for me. I'm thankful that i can live another day healthy and problems free. I'm thankful for everybody around me ; the goods & the bads. Mainly because the goods are the one that's maintaining what i am today while the bads are the one that's improving what i wasn't yesterday. Let's start with Aidil, the one that i shared almost everything with. He's been with me through thick & thin, and been dealing with my craziness & annoyingness for the past 3years. Some may say 3years is a little while some may say 3years is alot but why care on how long when he has done so much that not even 10 people could do for me. I'm really thankful to have you in my life Aidil, forever & always my not so gayboy. ☝🏻 Secondly, the one where i shared my best memories with during primary school, Hlann Htut Kyaw while some of you know him as Dave. Yes, we may have went on our separate ways but the brotherhood is still there. I'm thankful for him as we basically grew up together and be the person we are today. I remembered like it was just yesterday where i was assigned to be his partner as he was new to the school. And he's from Myanmar which is perfect since i'm filipino. We clicked so well, exchanged jokes, became the jokers of the class, we basically did everything together. I even made him joined the CCA soccer which made us even closer as we played so much yet gained so much from it which was us being close. Keep this in mind that i'm forever here bro if you need me. ✊🏻 Thirdly, but don't get me wrong in this, i just placed you guys name on how i feel like so there's no order in it. But thirdly, is no other than my "bus buddy", Aden. Like what i said at the first point where i shared everything with Aidil? Well, i think i was wrong, i think i share more things with my life to Aden than Aidil, still love the both of you though. But Aden, thanks for tolerating my attitude for this past 3years too? Or 2years? I'm not sure haha, that shows how much we care about each other HAHA but one thing about our friendship is that we did not have any dramas inbetween and basically did not have any "fights" for our time talking. Eventhough we don't talk so much anymore but bare this in mind that i'm only 9 numbers away if you need someone to talk to or to rant and don't worry, i'll do the same if i need someone to talk to or rant. 👊🏻 Fourthly, my first yet bestest bestfriend, "Don't Press". We knew eachother from instagram, like those posts where you have to comment and she'll tell what she feels about you blahblahblah. Well, me being cheeky, i pretended that i didnt know she had my number which made her to message me and which we continued talking from there. Hais, the memories, yes, alot has changed between us. Like alot, comparing our conversation a year ago today and today, it's a whole lot different. But it's okay, life moves on, we both moved on. We have another significant other to our lives now and we're both mature enough to understand and respect it. But all i can say is that i should've cherished you before and not do all the things i did. But well, we're still talking which means i did keep my promise right? But all i wanna say is, goodluck in everything that you do & don't ever forget me because i was once your whole life. ✊🏻🌦 Lastly, it's for my "bitch ass", i'm so thankful to have you all in my life. Yes, i really do, eventhough i know most of them way back when i was primary3, you guys still accepted me back eventhough i distant myself from you guys for a few years. And to Syaz, Sabby, Amir, Harith, Fariheen and Fazli, it was a pleasure knowing all of you. Eventhough we know eachother for a short period of time or let's say, we got close for a short period of time, i sure bonded well with y'all and really thankful to have you people in my life.
